Poorly made and handled – Worst place to deal with ever. Bought a new camper and got stuffed around from start. Missing parts and a whole room . Tap doesn't work or the pump for it. I wanted to report a list of issues with the caravan and a serious incident we were involved in on Friday the 14th of May. the incident to you themselves as well as I believe its a huge issue which could potentially cause serious damage, injury or even death. We and the car behind us with a family of 4 were extremely lucky they came out unscathed from what happened.

We were travelling back on the Gnaraloo Road in W.A and within the last kilometre the right side rear spare tyre carrier snapped and the extremely heavy mud terrain tyre went flying towards the car behind us towing their own caravan, they had to swerve to avoid it going straight through their car window. PMX didn't seem too concerned about it and said they would fix it but we have informed them we want the carrier to be redesigned so this can be guaranteed it couldn't happen again or there be some sort of safety mechanism put in as well. Hypothetically though, if this incident did result in serious damage, injury or death, the police would be involved and I assume an accident investigation would take place and the caravan would be part of that investigation. Would there then be the need from Ezytrail for a recall of all of your caravans which have the same carriers for the spare tyres as they have the potential to be deadly? Do you have a process for incident reports like this?

Now to the rest of the caravan. Below is a list of problems we have had after owning the caravan for a few months and 2 trips. We did our first warranty service and had some minor things fixed up. After our most recent trip here are the following issues we now have with the caravan and the list I have forwarded to PMX for action when they get through fixing the caravans in their full to capacity workshop. Inside kitchen top to be replaced after fire extinguisher dropped on top of it

[ ] Bedroom lights constantly breaking or coming loose with travel. The one on the kitchen side doesn't work. [ ] Bedroom sockets screws popped out. Inside sink cover smashed [ ] Fire extinguisher relocated with heavier duty screws [ ] Pantry side wall replaced because fire extinguisher falling out has left holes in it. [ ] Back door hinges replaced and fixed both with heavy duty pop rivets and hinges [ ] Back swing out walls for Bedroom left side bent [ ] Inside Gas stove to be fixed to cabinet and checked that it still works and there are no leaks or damage from coming loose. [ ] Toilet seal/bathroom seals [ ] Top screw in shower that has come loose, the shower isn't flush to the wall anymore [ ] Screw that holds roof for the pop up, the washer is jammed and the screw looks like its bent or could snap. [ ] We had to replace the relay with a bigger one behind the control panel and fix the wiring as wires were loose and exposed only held together by black tape. [ ] Check all seals around the cabinetry inside caravan, theres various places it's splitting away. [ ] Check over ALL screws in entire caravan, various ones are loose or simply not appropriate because they are too small and we've randomly found screws that had fallen out but no idea where they've come from. [ ] Rear light cracked [ ] Awning has holes in it from a part that came loose and fell out from inside the housing [ ] Awning vibrates badly when driving [ ] Outside on the left and right after setting up the bedroom there are gouges from the side walls vibrating against the caravan while driving. Have attached a photo for reference, unsure what that part is called. [ ] Paint is coming off toolboxes and throughout the underneath of caravan is peeling away and washes off. [ ] Bathroom vent doesn't open [ ] Pantry doors and inside kitchen door need to be adjusted. [ ] Damage at the rear window wall, location is underneath where the bedroom lights would sit when the bedroom is packed up, when the lights unscrew themselves with vibrations when driving they drop and scratch the surface [ ] Metal shavings where the pop top mechanisms are, unsure where this is coming from but everytime we travel there's a pile of tiny shavings on the top bunk. at present caravan under repairs fingers crossed all these items will be fixed for good

Happy return customer – We had an Albany GT which we took from the bottom of Tas to the Tip last year. We loved the experience and the camper so much we decided to upgrade to a P13. We climbed all over one at the sandown show last Oct and then at Kilsyth, liked what we saw so sold the Albany and ordered the Parkes. Luke is a salesman but always delivers. are at a very sharp price point but you are still forking out serious cash. With both our campers we have had some small issues but Luke and Ezytrail have delivered each time. This is super important to us living in Tas as there is no local dealer. We have put the P13 through its paces in the first week and have found a couple of small issues which were rectified immediately without question. Ezytrail's after sales service is second to none which is great at this end of the market. I would reckoned Ezytrail and Luke to anyone looking to get into an off-road camper at a very competitive price. Do your homework and talk to Luke or one of the team and they will see you right.

OMG this is glamping! – After having an Ezytrail Tarwin previously,we decided to upgrade to a hard floor. Its fantastic. Easy to put up and take down. the fridge up the same end as the pull out kitchen. Four burner stove provides plenty of cooking options and when not in use I fold the cover down for extra bench space. The dish rack is another plus, saves clutter on the sink. Heaps of storage. Whilst the mattress was hard, easily remedied with a mattress topper. Its great to have lighting and a cd player at the touch of button. Hubby likes the placement of the power meter. Two large storage drawers under the bed holds enough clothing for us, for a week. Gas bottles hidden away nicely.

We were given a good demo on its setup before delivery which made the first time easier.

We deal with Luke Williams at Kilsyth...nothings too much trouble.

We did a lot of research before purchasing this trailer and it led us back to Ezytrail.

Value for money, great service.

and went home to find it still had a problem. I rang Ezytrail back and was told to email a video of it which I did. I waited a week and rang them to find out what was happening. I was told they would check with production and ring back. 4 or 5 times I received this response and not once did they return a call. I finally bought a new antenna from Jaycar and fixed it myself. Prior to the parkes we had a Mars camper which was great, no problems & good service. We should have bought their Saturn 16. Won't buy or recommend Ezytrails follow up service.

Parkes 13 – I took delivery of my Parkes 13 in early Sept, as per the promised schedule. I have been delighted with it ever since. Albany GT – Luke was knowledgeable and didn't push the sale. The information was correct even the bad stuff, its nice to deal with a salesperson that knows the product and will give feed back on the down side of particular models.

Stirling Z – I have just bought a stirling z from Luke at the Kilsyth outlet . I have no idea if the product is any good (im sure it is ) But wanted to take the time to thank Luke for his help in showing me the camper to the the way it is set up . Great product, greater service – The wife and I bought a easytrail coorong gt mk1 took it out camping straight from the dealership, couldn't be more happy, had trouble connecting the gass fittings and took it to the dealership the next day and they sorted it out for us really quickly, so impressed with the service and advice, I contacted the dealer at least 10 times in 4 days with questions and he was always happy to chat and answer my questions.  Show reply

The quality of the build for the purchase price is exceptional, some minor modifications have been made, but this is due to improving and adapting to our own private needs. Tough and durable Camper trailer – The Ezytrail Stirling GT is one tough off roader, for a camper trailer in this price bracket, it performs very well. We only had one zipper that broke but this was fixed straight away by Luke Williams. The canvas is outstanding and didn't leak from day 1. Product 10 Service 10 After Service 10 – The team at Kilsyth made everything so easy. Always open to the millions of question the wife and I had and when it came time for delivery, an awesome handover was completed. for a easy, quick setup camper trailer but we were also looking for quality and light weights. All other trailers we looked at were already or just scraping in being maxed out on weight in the trailer, then we found eazytrail campers and although the designs are pretty similar to everyone else on the market it was the even weight distribution and how much the trailer weighed before loading it up, this was another reason for purchasing.

We have been very happy with it so far and will keep updated on our trips to see if it lasts the test of time which I'm sure it will.

who had canvas campers and tents. The ease of setup was marvelous. The kitchen is terrific and my wife loves the 4 burner stove. We only used the wind out awning as the weather was kind and we did not buy this van to be enclosed in an annex. We love the shower and toilet (my wife especially) and the hot water system takes no time to heat on gas (we were unpowered). We bought a mattress topper for the bed and it was wonderful to hop in of a night time and know that we were not going to have to worry about leaking canvas should the rain come during the night. We slept in each morning as the pull up block out curtains keep the van dark. The lighting and storage in the van is terrific and was one of the reasons we went for this type as we were sick of living out of a suitcase while camping. For hotter climates there is a huge amount of ventilation both in the roof and the push out windows.

I have seen some negative reports on the service from ezytrail which is surprising. The staff at Kilsyth there are wonderful. Luke, Sagrys, Dean and Rick in production could not be more helpful and immediately rectified a couple of small issues as well as answering some of my silly questions.

I could not recommend this company more highly and the Parkes 13 is the ideal van for those who want the camper trailer "feel" with the comfort of a small van. We have a Toyota Fortuner and found the van tows excellently and the electric brakes work a treat.

it, its a pity that Ezy trail dont make one to suit this unit. Handles the rough tracks well, just sits and follows the 4WD, went to Sheep yard flats and then to Jamison on the 4 WD tracks, on the highway you would not know it is there. Staff at Ezy trail are helpful and quickly sent out some missing poles when we assembled it at home before camping. Bought a solar panel and with the 100 AH battery being charged during the day it kept the fridge and camp powered for a week. Can see it getting plenty of use. Just doing some changes to the gas hose connections to the stove so it can be connected quickly (existing hose connection and regulator hanging out is a pain), level bubbles for setting up and additional locking positions for the swing spare wheel so it does not block the second access door into the tent or swing back against the camper. Will do a few other modifications to suit what we want and make it easy to set up with all out camping gear located, including some additional LED lights, shower tent. Overall very happy with the unit.
