Their online sales aren't in store so don't be fooled with these scammers. Brought stuff online to be told they were out of stock so I tried in store and was charged full price. Not to mention there is absolutely no way of contacting anyone for customer service. I've had to contact them via Facebook which takes 3-4 days for a damn reply Pants were $35 online and charged $44.95 Show details

Terrible Customer Service – I'm still shocked at how rude one of the girls were today at the Factorie Store at Eastgardens, Pagewood. Really awful customer service and attitude. I will never walk into that store again.

i LOVE factorie! it’s my go to store – factorie stores are all across australia and it’s amazing! it’s so easy to access! you can get lost in the store for HOURS! the quality and materials being used are really sustainable and last ages. factorie stores are always clean and taken care of

not permitted to give a refund but a store credit. Wasn’t interested in any other items. Was still told I was not going to be given a refund. I think your managers need to be educated about consumer law - I got my refund but will never shop in a factorie store again!

Never buying one again – I've purchased many pleated skirts from Factorie as I love the look, but every single time after one wear the zipper breaks. All the skirts fit me perfectly but the zipper gets stuck and cant zip all the way up due to the terrible quality. I've had to replace the zipper in all the skirts with a better quality one. Save yourself the frustration and just don't bother getting skirts from factorie. Awful quality. Show details

They got it lodged and with a lack of not getting back to me about my order like they promised, I finally snapped at them and told them to cancel my order and give me a refund. I told them that they were a horrible service and that I’ll NEVER do business with them ever again. Do NOT waste your time with these people!

Ok a few issues with online orders – Ok...took a while to refund me for a product that I paid for which was out of stock however after calling the cotton on group and sending Multiple emails requesting my money back I finally got a Refund. Clothes quite nice though can’t complain.

Package has yet to show up even with express postage – I ordered online on a Monday and paid extra for express postage so I would have it for a function that weekend only to have it not show up. I still havent received an email saying that my package is on its way so I dont know if its even been sent out yet which is disappointing. I was looking forward to its arrival but instead I have to go out and buy a new outfit instead.

girl with black hair’ started to telling us off & kept shouting from outside about the rules that they’re not allow 2 people in the same change room. I answered her back from inside the changing room that I’m this girl’s mother & my daughter needed my help. This girl started throwing attitude at me & kept yelling from outside about this rules their shop has. I respect if your shop hv that rule gud on you but what I am really upset this girl didn’t even use her common sense of brain & instead of letting us finish change first she kept being SO RUDE!! Hey am a mother who will stand for my children until my last breath. Don’t you DARE telling me of any rules in the world that I can’t be in the same change room with my daughter. Having rules is important but please use your human being common sense & have more respectful & fleksible to your customers. Not everyone in this world are maniac for there are still many many good people out there. Please listen to your customers especially when your customers already told you that ‘we are mother & daughter’ gee your brain is already full of toxic.

email from Cotton On which would have had a barcode in it for them to scan. This email should have been sent to her on the day of the last purchase however my wife didn't receive any email (she checked junk mail). So even though my wife had the receipt of the last purchase, and verbal confirmation from the previous store clerk, the bloke at the counter wouldn't accept the discount, at the same time as laughing about the situation we have been put in (spending 30 minutes in this poxy store). My wife was misled by both the service provided by Factorie and Cotton On. We're not going back to this business which prefers to milk customers as much as possible. I'm not surprised to see so many 1 star reviews of this business.

into this store, I know just by looking how thin and horrible the material and structure of these merchandise is. People... don't buy these products unless you won the lotto and feel like wearing that cute skirt once. Don't trust they are going to keep in good condition, it is not made for all body types and it will be thin as your grandma's faith in young people.

If anything, stick to Cotton On.

The Clothing used to be good – The clothing is now terrible. The clothes are all mostly 80's fashion. The clothes are too bright and fluorescent colored. Why can't it just go back to the aesthetic fashion? It's 2018 not 1980, no one wants that rubbish. Change your style like seriously. And not only that I went to a few factorie's and they didn't have size 10 in the skirt I wanted but it had every other size. Don't go here unless if you want to look like a 80's person.

Poor Quality, dumb sizing – The clothing is all made of the cheapest & most breakable material (vicose, mainly). I ordered 2 of the same thing in different colours, same size, and one fits fine and the other is far too big. they were on sale so i cant return any of the garbage pieces i bought online. never shopping there again.

They were too big and as she came out one staff member was standing right there, I waited for the staff member to help but as she did not I said in a loud voice that I would find some for her as we obviously were not getting any assistance here.The staff member then said that I could ask if I needed help and I explained that it was her job to help customers.She explained they were very busy putting stock away and I asked if customer service should be a priority. She apologized and then went back to doing exactly what she had been doing leaving us and the rest of the customers to fend for ourselves.This was the 3rd store that morning that totally ignored their customers

Toowoomba store – Store doesn't look like it has seen a vacuum for months. Maybe need to start staff 30min earlier every morning. Staff seem busy with stock but not serving. First appearances on walking in isn't good.

this, this was a blantent lie this would cost me $10. I then rang a store, spoke to the area manager by coincidence she said she’d get someone to get in contact with me.... no one ever did! I live rurally so it’s a fair drive that I ended up having to do. Finally I received my order only to find one pair of shorts in the two for $30 deal???? I had to pay more in postage. This company ended up costing me money, time and petrol all for one lousy pair of stupid now expensive shorts. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone they are useless and unprofessional and couldn’t care less about their customers.

Very cheap and doesn't last! – I bought 3 spaghetti strap dresses from Factorie at Airlie Beach while on holidays. Each cost $30. Each dress strap broke in one way or another while wearing it or when putting it on. Very cheaply made and does not last (not even a day when worn). This is not what you expect when you buy something - let alone 3 times! Did not have time to return the dresses as we were travelling through but will not be buying here anymore.
