Factory Buys

I purchased a double mattress eight months ago and found that it started to squeak every time I moved in the bed. This became a problem as I am a light sleeper. Notified Factory Buys of the issue and also submitted a video of the squeaky noise. They have now replaced the mattress at no cost to me. Well done and thank you Factory Buys Show reply

We bought a recliner online bad mistake . My uncle thought it would be good as it had a lift function because he has bad hips . So the thing arrived and was put together . in a near seated position to use the footrest just like his old chair and the one before that so no good . So we contacted Factory buys to organise returning the chair as it had only been sat in once they said yes no worries pack it back up in the box send through photos and we will organise return . Well what a joke a couple of days go by they send an email saying their will be a $460 restocking fee we paid $555 for the chair so it was a no brainer we were not going to send it back . We have donated it to our local footy club for a raffle with all the right info about the chair . So buyer beware buying online especially of bloodsuckers like this is a gamble lesson learnt will never do it again .

expect, but are very satisfied and you can feel that the products are well designed ergonomically to assist will good skeletal alignment as you sleep. I ordered mattresses that were firm and I think they are the perfect firmness, but Factory Buys offers many other options so if firm is not your thing then I recommend selecting a softer option. Overall I would say that their products are far superior to anything I have bought in the past from furniture stores, but with the bonus of only paying amazing wholesale prices for it!

What really blew my mind was the customer support, it's seriously unlike any customer assistance I have ever encountered. We live in a very rural NSW area and were recently flood affected and this interrupted freight deliveries. The customer care team were in contact with me daily giving me updates on the locations of each parcel and were beyond brilliant and this really made me feel confident in my online purchase because they really care and do everything they can so that you are completely satisfied with their products and services.

Factory Buys will now be my go-to for online shopping, I can't recommend them enough and I've been telling friends and family how stoked I am with our new bedding. Their prices are unmatched, their products are high quality and their customer service is next level! Don't hesitate to order!

stools and they are gorgeous. An outdoor furniture set was good. I was expecting it to be a bit more comfortable and the backing to be higher but still ok. The service was outstanding from the website and correspondence and follow ups were awesome. Just a little hiccup as I asked not to deliver until after a date as our new home we couldn’t get keys for until that date and it was delivered by contractors and was put in front of the garage and we were not advised it was arriving just lucky the cleaner was there and able to let us know. Did advise and someone was going to get back to us and no one did. Overall I do highly recommend them and will definitely be getting more from them. Great prices and service is better than some locals.

I have bought a mattress, a headboard and a bed frame from Factory Buys and have been delighted with my purchases each time. Easy to navigate around the site, which is a plus for me. As a senior technology is NOT my strong point. Prompt delivery and communication were excellent. But the overall winner for me was quality and price of products. Easy to order via the website. Came quickly and was super easy to setup. Now the important bit. The mattress is incredibly comfortable and get the best nights rest in a long time. get that problem sorted. Quite disappointing for the money spent! Customer service was good when trying to track down where it was as the courier they use don’t update you like they are supposed to! Was only offered a $50 gift card for compensation which is no use to me. After explaining it was no use to me there was no further effort on their end to offer even a $50 refund just a thank you for understanding Disappointing experience over all.

Spector Coffee Machine model number COFF1003 dooesn,t seem to work and I paid $ 259.50 and no help to know why it won,t work. Will recommend not to buy from Factory Buys as they are Useless unorganised company. [Content Removed].

Wont order again – Hidden delivery fees. Originally shipping fee was$140 then when i completed payment they immediately emailed and txt saying due to courier fees to my post code and additional $200 was needed. So a total of $340 for delivery when it was to a metro area. Cancelled my order as it seems like a scheme to get extra money after you have originally purchased the product.

We purchased king bed base and mattress some weeks ago. Delivery was quick, instructions to put bed base together were easy to understand, definitely need two people to put in together. Very happy with Purchase. The bed was incredibly easy to put together and the mattress is very comfy although the corners/edges are a little soft in comparison to the rest of the mattress. It suits our needs to a 'T'. Definitely will purchase from again Show reply

concerns regarding the products and delivery, the staff was really polite and helpful and resolved my issues less than 24 hours.
