Was advised they have new Indonesian suppliers for Alto Polyresin shutters. Do not have them installed on smaller or even shallow windows. The frame on top and bottom is 10cm. I was told that it’s the first such complaint they’ve had. I have to wear the loss but I’m sure they’ll have many more complaints.

Dissatisfied – 1. We requested several screens for privacy due to a new construction next door. What we got is completely transparent. Adds no solution to the problem presented. 2. - zero accountability for the job. 4. The installer left construction debris everywhere. Plenty of washers, plastic bags, screws, plastic pieces everywhere - just left where they dropped. No clean up despite dogs and a young child living in the house. 5. Installer leaves the gate open. We arrive home with both dogs missing. 6. I call the company (Brisbane) with my concerns and the rep says very sorry……….dead air. 7. Advised the replacement blind will be installed March 23. It’s the middle of April- no blind, zero contact. 8. They charged me $40 for a plastic stick with a hook at the end to pull the blinds down which isn’ required due to the height of the blinds above ground level. 9. Quote completed 21/11/2023. So 5 months and counting for 3 blinds. Nothing went smoothly.

Never use this company – I guess i am unlucky but this company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with for "passing the buck" And after initially ordering shutters in 2022 ..had lots of issues .. the shutters were finally installed over 12 months of wrong colour, wrong fit .. i have phoned twice in past 2 weeks and left messages that one shutter runs over the end of… Read more

base track and I'm physically unable to push/lift guide roller back onto track ... I'm just over the company full stop. To add insult to injury i was told because of all the problems the owner of the company would contact me once shutters installed ... did i get any call letter text or email ? NO My sister purchased shutters from another company who told her if she wanted sliding door shutters concertina would be better. I was guided by salesman and am stuck with a "stuck" door ... want nothing for nothing just please resolve this issue as I still have a door i can't use and a light switch i have no access to. Thought posting this might encourage this company to "honour" it's claims. Please FIX what I've paid over $5,000 for and I'll be satisfied though will steer customers away after this experience. HASTEN to add all the receptionists are delightful ..same old story ... and No I didn't shoot the messengers but made my requests clear to them but politely .. Just received a phone call and today they'll send somebody over to remedy the problen SO well over a year and I might have what I paid for. NEVER done a review online before.

Buyer Beware – I have been extremely disappointed with this company. and offensive. I was promised a 6 weeks lead time. It turned into 9 weeks. I was pressured to pay the remainder of balance prior to their installation……against my better judgement as I was still concerned that they knew what they are doing. I should have listened to my inner voice. The installer came and they did not have the job correct. I was promised two weeks to rectify and three weeks later I am still waiting and relegated to the admin girl responding to my follow up requests. They have my $10000.00 and I am left with a half finished job. I would avoid this company at all costs and if you do go with them please be aware of their small print regarding full payment before they complete the job.

Excellent service from Quote to fit – I had external shutters made to suit the outside of my house, these worked out great with excellent sun filtering and most important privacy from the neighbours.
