had them made in Australia but several people advised against it and was much more expensive to have done so. Communication as to expected arrival and installation date was spot on. Glen was communicative, tidy and efficient in his work and we would recommend you ask for Glen if you are on the Gold Coast. We will be recommending to others in Sanctuary Cove to use FD whenever we can. A 5 star experience all the way.
Our aluminum shutters look amazing – Thanks so much to Sam and Dan the legend for supplying and installing our shutters, with it being a challenging job on the 12th floor with 8 windows being 2.7 metres high and over 1 metre wide and if that wasn't hard enough its also on a curve. Buyer beware!! – 2 experienced men, John & Ben from FDS measured for my blinds, one week apart, as is their protocol. Neither one mentioned to me that the kitchen shutter would be impacted by a bank of drawers opening "smack" onto the shutter, thereby rendering the shutter permanently SHUT. Cancel installation dates constantly. Toal payment required before installation. No regress even before equipment is supplied to site.
