Terrible customer service – We ordered a window display for our office which was supposed to be 3 x A4 wide and 4 high. When it arrived the rails weren't wide enough for the display and the wires had to angle out to go around the display. At first told us our windows weren't wide enough. I sent him our window measurements which were wider than required. Then told us to just have a 2 wide display. I told him if I wanted a 2 wide display that's what I would have ordered. I told him I just wanted the metal rails that the display hangs off to be wide enough and fit for purpose. So then he told me to cut them to make them fit, so I asked he was going to pay to have that done, no reply to that. He then told me that "if I like" I could send the whole lot back for a refund. We'd spent hours unpacking, taking off wrapping tape, bubble wrap etc from the 10 boxes it all came in. Now he doesn't respond at all. We would never ever use this company again, and we will be warning our group not to use them. Terrible customer support Update- received an email from [Name Removed] the next morning. Hey Doug, would you like me to cut a rail for you and send it over. [Name Removed] if you cutting is as bad as your customer service it'd be useless anyway

Terrible customer service – A week after ordering the product which was needed for a specific date they come back to you saying they can't fulfill the order. The date the product was to be delivered they call to say we can't fulfill the order you have to take another option. Would seriously recommend to never use this business.

Point blank theft – November 30 2022 ordered through Arun product for delivery early 2023. A$817 paid. Have now twice requested they refund this money for non delivery. Yesterday being the 2nd time. Both times spoke with Arun. Hasnt happened. I can only assume this is a SCAM with great optics and phone. I am now reporting to police and scam alert. And the ACCC. Be warned.

Yes! The best experience all round, they are leading the marketing and others should take note. The best Website!!! – From a mobile view it’s the best I’ve seen; they pack a lot of information on one page which is really easy on the eye, love the moving product pictures they drew me in to my next purchase, it’s great to click a category and see the range with specials first, just beautiful and my product that arrived was what was written on the website thanks for the metric measurements too! Extremely poor customer service and no empathy to any business in COVID times – My company brand including myself have ordered from Slimline Warehouse for years. But not anymore!! While in lockdown in NSW I ordered myself some black cafe barriers worth about $700 (including freight). us to return them even though we purchased it a month ago. Their return policy was appalling to long term customers!

So unfortunately we have a $700 product that has never been used before gathering dust all because they failed to give us a refund or credit for it.

I will never be purchasing from this unprofessional and poor service company again who treats long serving customers like rubbish. Our franchisor in Melbourne has also been notified of this company to stay clear!!

As a business owner myself, during COVID times I have always offered my customers the option of a refund or credit during these uncertain times. Maybe your business should start adopting the same positive and professional values with your own customers when someone clearly cannot use your items due to COVID.

Description and photo did not match product received – Description states that the containers purchased were for nuts and candy. However it is too small to fit nuts. returning due to “Change of mind”. And a 20% stocking fee. I was also told to fill the container to prove it couldn’t hold much to which they then followed by reducing the value of the container because i had put almonds in it.

WHAT A STUFF AROUND - I was forced to give at least one star. I wouldn't have given any otherwise!! – I THINK THE HEADLINE SAYS IT ALL although the profanity was removed. I ordered my goods which have never been delivered. I have called up on three separate occasions to chase up. No notes in system and they wont give my my money back. Essentially I have paid for goods never received - Thieves!!!!!!!

I ordered a White Metal Suggestion Box on line – The Suggestion Box arrived around 1 week later and I was very happy with the quality of the product and service from Slimline Warehouse. I have recently bought a product by a competitor and Slimline's service and follow up was far superior. I will tell my friends about your company and wouldn't hesitate in using you again. Goods advertised did not match what was sent and to get them to agree to refund and return is a disgraceful process - – they are unhelpful they have received the goods back and still want to keep my money for 28 days before crediting me and then are only refunding a portion of it and not the full amount even after I had to pay for freight to return the goods - do not use these people - do not buy from them and do not expect any decent service from them if you do - REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!

Shipping address was not taken correctly so I got an irate delivery man ringing me standing at the at wrong address trying to deliver my goods on two separate occasions when they had the wrong town. the product itself because the flag holders only fit their particular flags & the 2nd product honestly does not appear to be great quality. will not be using this company again. customer service was not all that polite either with my concerns.

Bad experience – The item was arrived already scratched, payed postage for delivery back and money still not refunded. It is one of the worst customer service seen in Australia, never buy anything from this company.

Great TV Wall Mount – Just bought one of these TV mounts (TVWM30BK) last week from you, as it was all i could find online to provide the versatility i needed for mounting my TV in the shed being able to work around cupboard doors and shelving. If I do not hear back soon as this time frame is completely unreasonable not to mention illegal to not grant a refund for faulty good, I will be taking this further.

Complaint which ended in a 5 star review – We ordered white boards for our office. However upon opening them, we realised they were damaged. Melroy from the Customer servicer department provided a great service. We sent photographic evidence of the damage and Slim line offered to replace them immediately. Easy to get in contact with and fast responses. We will definitely be return customers.

service was very poor, over 1 month before i got half my order delivered – I ordered 4 A frames for my company, the emails that i sent to approve proof where clearly lost by slimline, as they where in my sent box. when the order did turn up i only got 2 of the A frames out of the 4. its now a waiting game to see if the other 2 ever arrive
