an email from one of their representatives called Faye within a couple of hours. She expressed disappointment that the guitar had been broken and after some discussion, arranged to send me another guitar as a replacement. This was organized and received within a week, which was a very quick turn-around. The second guitar was at no cost to me and arrived in perfect condition

However, the courier company won't deliver to my residence and I had to track it down in a warehouse, an hours drive from home. I received no notification that it had arrived and I was to collect. The second chair, I'm still trying to find out if it's been shipped and if it hasn't, when will it be shipped. Apart from one text message informing me to look at my emails, (there was no email) I haven't had any correspondance. I can't call the company direct, there is no phone number. I can only do an on line enquiry or send an email. Every time I do, I get an automated response saying that I will be contacted within 48 hours. I have sent three enquiries and not one has been responded to. I have spent $1600.00 on two chairs - one I can't get any information on and the other I had to find myself. I was going to buy a 4th chair, but will reconsider.

recline and foot rest is perfect. My only issue was the assembly directions were very vague and the parts were hidden in a bag up under the seat, so would have been nice to know that when working out how to assemble it. This seat needs assembly and someone suitable to lift it out of the box and assemble the pieces and cords. The cable to wall plug is short so note you may need extension cord. The colour is a browny grey. The seat is supportive not as plush as imagined, but thats more suitable for an aged person to manoevure in and out of. Delivery to Tasmania was very reasonable. Would be great service if delivery people could assemble but that’s probably not possible as comes with a courier. Overall would recommend purchasing if you have assistance to assemble.

We received a damaged box with missing parts their response was almost immediately. Cannot fault the follow up or replacement item. Very happy with this organisation especially Fay who went above and beyond.

I accidentally gave the incorrect Street name (having recently moved house) so F2H were unable to deliver on first try. They contacted me to rearrange with correct address or said I could collect from their warehouse which I did. They were at all times polite, helpful & efficient & I thank them for their patience.

I bought a market umbrella and was very happy with. The functionality and ease of use was great. Prior to the warranty end, the umbrella base mechanism had seized and a spoke under the umbrella itself had broken.
