Cannot speak highly enough of Factory to Home. Love on Kangaroo Island there was a hiccup with a purchase and they were straight onto and had it sorted with out fuss. Would recommend

Item was not colour shown on website, tried to return was told item was correct therefore they said it was a change of mind. Where I could not get a refund. Only a store credit, plus I had to pay expenses and admin. Costs. The item I wanted was grey online. When I got it it was greyish and mustard in court. Will not ship again.

an email from one of their representatives called Faye within a couple of hours. She expressed disappointment that the guitar had been broken and after some discussion, arranged to send me another guitar as a replacement. This was organized and received within a week, which was a very quick turn-around. The second guitar was at no cost to me and arrived in perfect condition

However, the courier company won't deliver to my residence and I had to track it down in a warehouse, an hours drive from home. I received no notification that it had arrived and I was to collect. The second chair, I'm still trying to find out if it's been shipped and if it hasn't, when will it be shipped. Apart from one text message informing me to look at my emails, (there was no email) I haven't had any correspondance. I can't call the company direct, there is no phone number. I can only do an on line enquiry or send an email. Every time I do, I get an automated response saying that I will be contacted within 48 hours. I have sent three enquiries and not one has been responded to. I have spent $1600.00 on two chairs - one I can't get any information on and the other I had to find myself. I was going to buy a 4th chair, but will reconsider.

recline and foot rest is perfect. My only issue was the assembly directions were very vague and the parts were hidden in a bag up under the seat, so would have been nice to know that when working out how to assemble it. This seat needs assembly and someone suitable to lift it out of the box and assemble the pieces and cords. The cable to wall plug is short so note you may need extension cord. The colour is a browny grey. The seat is supportive not as plush as imagined, but thats more suitable for an aged person to manoevure in and out of. Delivery to Tasmania was very reasonable. Would be great service if delivery people could assemble but that’s probably not possible as comes with a courier. Overall would recommend purchasing if you have assistance to assemble.

I made an error with autofill and sent the product to the wrong address. Faye was so quick to assist and fixed my problem asap. Chair was delivered, easy to put together and comfy. My mum is super happy!

Faye was incredibly helpful, attentive and transparent throughout the entire process of getting a replacement part. I was never left questioning what was going on or where my part was; she kept me updated every step of the way. I truly felt as though these mob put people before profit.

Service and delivery both fantastic. Have to say I did stress somewhat when I couldn't track order but Faye was very helpful and helped to ease my panic. Delivery time was very quick and the bar stools were very easy to put together and look fantastic.
