I have moved into a house with a Falcon Professional + FXP Dual Fuel PROP90FXPDF. I find that the stove is not overly practical for my purposes as two of the hobs are very small (simmer hobs) and I tend to need more heat for frying and boiling. Is there any way of getting the hobs changed to larger ones to suit my needs? I know that it's not possible to change over hobs on most gas stoves, but considering that this is a professional model I am hoping there might be more options available. And if so who do I contact for this service?

Are spare knobs easy to come by? Ours is missing 6 of them. Hoping it won’t break the bank!

The serial number can be found on a sticker on the cover page of the user manual or on a sticker inside the main oven.

When I turn the oven on to 180C or over (with nothing else on in the house), my new LINKY trips. It's very frustrating. I can no longer use the oven. Until LINKY was installed I ran my electric heaters, entire house, and the oven with no problem. Any ideas? How much electricity does the oven use when preheating?
