I’m a FANCO fan !!
Great product, Great prices and Service second to none.
Had a small problem with on of my fans and called Fanco service, spoke to Paul and he obviosity asked a few questions to work out the fault and sorted out the issue without any fuss.
Best customer service and a Quality company.

Good fans with great after sales support

One of the 8 Fanco fans we recently had installed developed a problem. The after-sales support was easy and prompt. Kept us informed, and we now have a replacement fan up and working again. Would definitely purchase again.

Great customer service and prompt speed

Fanco were great! I recently got their Studio DC 42" fan installed by my electrician who purchased it. It started playing up, however, I didn't have the original receipt of purchase and my electrician had moved interstate so I was apprehensive about Fanco being able to fulfil the warranty claim. They were brilliant though, understanding of the situation and provided prompt assistance, sending a replacement fan and their own electrician to come out to install. Quick fix for good fans

Amazing customer service and warranty process

I bought 4 Studio and 1 Horizon fan in November but had an issue with one of them after a few weeks. The warranty claim process was the best I have ever experienced. Paul asked a few questions and requested I try a couple of basic troubleshooting steps. After it was clear a replacement was needed, he arranged delivery and offered installation, though I opted to use my own electrician. My electricians invoice was reimbursed by Fanco immediately.

Can't recommend them enough for customer service. Their fans are great too. Since the replacing the fan, I have had zero issues and am very happy with how quiet and efficient the fans are.

Best Customer Service Without doubt!

We recently moved to a new house which has Fanco fans in the bedrooms and one of the fans was not synching to the remote. After several tries, I reached out to Fanco and spoke to Hannah asking if they could recommend someone to fix it as I didn't have any warranty details from the previous owners- Hannah and the team went through the process with me again and checked my serial numbers. They believed the receiver was at fault and I thought I would be charged for someone to come out but as a goodwill gesture they sent me a replacement receiver FOC which fixed the issue. What fantastic service and these are really great fans as well so make sure you give these guys a go - thanks Hannah! Show details

Excellent Service!

After having a problem with the light in my fan soon after the warranty ran out, I contacted Fanco to see what could be done. After getting the necessary details, as a goodwill gesture they offered a replacement light. They were very prompt, polite and extremely helpful. Thank you to Paul and Fanco. Replacement LED Panel

Bought 2 DC fans with LED light panels. One worked perfectly, but the other had a faulty LED panel - it wouldn't turn off. Paul outlined requirements promptly for a replacement, and was very helpful in making contact to be certain the correct part was to be supplied. Great Backup Service

Had a problem with a fan which died prematurely. Contacted Fanco on a Saturday and Paul got back to me same day.
Once I’d given him all the info and photos he required Paul was able to arrange to send warranty replacement on the Monday.

Hello, I have the fanco infinity-id smart fan. I previously added the smart fan to my old modem through the Tuya app but now with my new modem, I can’t add/find the device on the Tuya app. I have followed all directions on the smart guide but the app still can’t find the fan. I have contacted customer service but they keep giving me the same information which it is not working.

Why has no one replied back to me

My newly installed smart fan remote is not working.
Question 1 - I have installed two fanco smart fans Horizon in two bedroom. One remote is working but not the other. Both fans have their own isolated power switches. How to make it work?
Question 2 - I want to find two fans in the Tuyasmart app. Following the instruction, I need to reset the device by holding the reset button. Where is the reset button for the ceiling fan and where to see the indicator blink. I cannot see them on the fan.
Question 3 - how can I contact the customer service? I cannot find any fanco customer service number!
