Excellent – Arup is so helpful, we purchased four fans for our Queensland property, we needed a replacement remote and it was sent promptly free of charge and Arup was very supportive when it did not arrive due to Aust Post problems, we have since just received eight fans for our new house in SA the fans are great very quite and the service is excellent.

Fabulous fans – I purchased 3 Milano SLIDER NOVA Full Moon White (Solid Timber) Blade Fan with LED Light - 52" and 1 of the larger sizes and I love them! They are super quiet, which is perfect for sleeping. They look really stylish too and there is a funky remote for each one and possible to control on an app (I haven't tried this yet). Ordering was super easy online and by calling when I needed some info :)

Great service – I have 2 of the Milano Slider Ceiling Fans. They are very effective and quiet. I received fantastic customer service from Arup at Fan City at Moore Park.

Faulty Ceiling Fan - Issue Resolved by Fan City Satisfactorily – My Milano Zephyr DC fan developed a fault after 4.5 years. However, Fan City subsequently resolved this problem professionally by replacing the faulty fan with a much higher quality (discounted) Milano Elite DC fan sourced directly from their (Taiwan) factory. They also assisted with the cost of installation.Excellent customer service from Fan City and therefore I highly recommend them.

Outstanding Service and Excellent Product – We recently contacted Arup at Fan City to purchase a couple of Milano Slider fans for our new unit. Arup not only answered all our questions honestly and knowledgeably, but also arranged to have our order shipped overnight, at no additional charge! We are delighted with both our fans and our shopping experience at Fan City and have no hesitation in thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service and very fast delivery – Just received our two Milano Slider Junior fans in walnut/aged pewter with extra long extension rods. Fantastic fans with extremely good customer service – We purchased the fans just less than a year ago and they are excellent. For some reason they stopped working, they then worked but the remotes were operating in a bizarre way. Arup was patient and explained how to correct this over the phone but this didn’t work, he sent out his electrician, who rectified the problem immediately and efficiently. I thought their professionalism and customer service was outstanding.

complicated by first installing two 60cm fans in our bedrooms, and subsequently deciding they were too big. So we ordered two 52cm fans for the bedrooms and moved the 60 cm fans into our lounge and dining areas. This also involved changing the lights in the fans to keep warm white in the bedrooms and have cool white on the ground floor. We thought it was complicated, but Arup and Michael took it in their stride. We're very happy with the process and the outcome.

Fans City Service – I think it is important to praise good service when I experience it and with Fans City their service was, simply put, better than good, it was great. I ordered three fans yesterday afternoon and they were delivered to my door in Melb. this morning. It doesn't get better than that. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Kind regards,

Whisper quiet fan - not a rattle! – Fantastic fan and Arup was so helpful! We were renovating and lost some parts for our fan in the process - Arip had all the spare parts and replacement remotes on hand. He could not have been more accommodating. Excellent product, excellent customer service.

Great Product and FANtastic service! – In 2017 we purchased 3 x DC Fans for kids bedrooms. The fans are quiet, energy saving and reliable. A couple of weeks ago one of the boys broke a fan blade. Well after the warranty period had expired, Fancity replaced the blade for nothing, including postage. Great friendly and prompt service. You have a customer for life. Thanks Fancity!

Great fans and excellent service – We bought 2 Milano Junior Slider fans from Arup last week. When our electrician was installing them, he said they were the best built fans he had ever come across. This was important as one of us was scheduled for a total knee replacement and we wanted the fans installed before the really hot weather started. The installation of the fans was necessary to aid in rehabilitation.
