Pure Ventilation

This company is an absolute scam. I purchased two colorbond roof vents, gave them to my roofer who tried to install but they fell apart. He said the quality was so bad he would never install them on his own house. The company has shirked all responsibility does not stand by their products or service.

Inadequate information led me to purchase a fan which was not suitable. I tried to arrange a return, but their return policy is totally "Catch 22". I will never deal with therm again or recommend them to anyone else. Their staff were totally duplicitous in our email exchanges

Such a positive customer service experience with Hilary at Pure Ventilation. I had to make changes to my order on a couple of occasions and Hilary went above and beyond to help. She was quick to respond and double checked everything so the order was perfect! She was also super friendly and I’m so grateful for her support! 10/10 customer service

Been emailing back and forth just to try and find the right exhaust fan and they have been very helpful. Prompt response and detailed to any questions I have asked.

Mathias was very helpful in resolving the problem I had with my heat transfer installation. The problem was identified as due to the inlet vent which was replaced and sent to me very quickly. Very happy with the Pure Ventilation team and would highly recommend them and their products.

I recently bought a fan online for my bathroom. returned. I am aware this was stated in their returns policy however how are you supposed to check an item bought on line without opening the box! The box was not damaged on opening, the fan had not been used or installed and all items were still in the box. They did not offer an exchange or credit note which would have been nice considering it was a $200 fan and i have no use for it now. They could have accepted the return and returned my money pending an inspection that all items were in good order on arrival to them. The email i got back was extremely negative saying it wasnt worth my while returning the fan due the cost to me and made it sound to be an extremely difficult process. Being a buisiness owner myself this is not how you treat your customers. This is extremely poor customer service and I would not recommend this company unless you are 100% sure of what you are buying. I certainly will not be buying from them again!

The first time I ordered, there were delivery issues. I gave the benefit of the doubt and ordered again, but the same problems occurred with the courier. negative reviews appear to relate to courier performance. The owner should review all negative feedback and consider changing the courier to prevent repeat issues. We will be using another company next time.

Ordered a product through Pure ventilation who use Direct Freight. Delivery details showed incorrect address rang Direct Freight and Pure Ventilation to inform them of correct address and that needed delivered on agreed day as had handyman doing work at site for the day. "Yes yes no problem." Didn't deliver it on the day, delivery tracking still has incorrect address. Rang on the day repeatedly. No action taken. How hard Can it be!?!?

Delivery and product were exactly as stated, with prompt service. Ended up going a different direction, so had to return the goods. Customer service to do the return was quick and helpful. Got a full refund less a small restocking fee, and return postage. Would easily use this site again.

Peter’s customer service at Pure Ventilation was brilliant. I wanted to order two of the Panasonic bathroom heather/exhaust fan and receive a discount on the second item. Peter went above and beyond to make it happen and provide a great price.

I am very happy with two Bathroom Exhaust Fan/led light Luna Quiet Boost Led 250 and Flex Duct + Eave Grill. They are good quality especially very quiete fan and fan works 100% perfectly accompany with led light perfect bright. But the best thing of all is an outstanding customer service. I was initially attracted to Pure Ventilation because their website provides excellent technical information on all their products, which made it easy to choose the right fan. When a slightly complicated situation came up with my order, the service consultant Fred handled it exceptionally well. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue and ensured the order was shipped promptly. Great products and outstanding service — absolutely 5 stars.

With my roof plumber only being able to be on site the next day (21/01/2026) and day after, it was very important to me to receive the ordered goods from PV in a timely manner. I reached out to Pure ventilation to gather some information for a new build project where mechanical sub floor ventilation was needed (as the project architect).
