Excellent customer service
I called today worried about the effects covid would have on my delivery eta on furniture as I am currently without and she was able to source and organise delivery for in a week's time.
Kathy showed she went above and beyond and helped me. I have a 2 year little boy so a dining table makes a world of change at dinner times, arts and craft, ect.
Thank you so Kathy, I will definitely be shopping at this store again
Disappointed in the customer service regarding delivery
In the store the service was good but when it came to delivery of our new lounge I was left with the lounge left in their boxes . at no point was it mentioned that they would not assemble the lounge . Customer service extremely disappointing.

Best customer service in store , they give u d best deal and organise everything nice & easy . Better get d $199 premium delivery option for them to set up & remove all rubbish….area manager can look after d customer more n give extra support to d store sales person from by experiences. Thx
Perfect service Great Pricing
Needed a New bed and mattress, went into focus and was greeted by svet, i told her the style i was after so she showed me the options she explained what type of timbers fabrics were used, what was in stock which made my decision easy as i was moving house. picking a mattress i thought would be hard but svet asked me a few question about how i sleep and gave me a few options which was fantastic. i made the purchase on the day and had my delivery booked for the following week, delivery drivers were also fantastic and friendly. made the experience so easy and i would go back in a heart beat to see svet for more furniture

This is the 4th time I've returned to Focus on Furniture at Bankstown. The quality of furniture is amazing, range of products are modern and price is affordable. I've purchased 3 lounge suites (most recent was our theatre room lounge), 2 x bedroom suites for teenage daughter and son, coffee table, buffet, lowline, hall table and mattress. The staff at the Bankstown store (Lee & Anthony) are incredible! If I could give 10 stars for their customer service I would. Sometimes it's been a year in between visits to the store but when I return they s...till remember me AND my name. Not to mention they are incredibly helpful and thorough. Delivery is always an easy process too and the delivery team are polite, set up and set up/build the furniture for you. I have recommended family and friends to shop at Focus on Furniture and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

Products made in China
I ordered a lounge from here and stipulated I wanted Australian made as I wouldn’t support what China has done to Australian exports, I went into the store, not ordered on line and was shown the lounge I eventually ordered. I was told because it was a Custom order it would take 4 to 5 months worse scenario, it took 5 1/2 after me ringing numerous times. Upon delivery I said to the delivery people I was happy to wait as it’s Australian made…. he showed me the labels all over it, made in China. I’ve rung the store and told them this is blatant...false advertising especially when you are on their own Web page and do a search on Australian made 3 seater Lounge, Australian made, Australian, there are 100’s of products. I was told all their products are made in China. Clearly misleading and unethical. They also told me this was an IT glitch and had reported it to their IT Department, after more than a week nothing has changed on their website. I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC.
Poor quality product
Bought a recliner, lasted 3 weeks. Called as a warranty issue and was advised it was fine and the case was closed. What a joke. Warranty, what warranty ? VCAT application pending
Sub standard cheap imported rubbish. Bad customer service.
My wife bought a Lorne Buffet online. I picked it up all nicely boxed from their depot in Hallam. Got it home, wheeled it into the lounge on a trolley, still nicely packed in it's box. I cut open the bottom of the box, stood it up and lifted the box up. There is no possibility we damaged the unit. As soon as we unboxed it, it was obvious that this was a cheap piece of imported junk. There are dents on the top that have obviously been filled and sanded and just left. There are gaps where panels join. There is a huge chunk out of a corner and jud...ging by the masking tape left on the corner, an attempt has been made to repair or hide it. One leg is cracked and there is a chip out of the front edge of the top. The unit is made from flimsy timber, less than 4 mm thick. The internal shelves are so flimsy they would not hold weight. The unit has been glued together. No screws. It's really just a piece of cheap junk. So, I call our local store. Lady there was quite friendly. She asked me to send her photos and she would send them to customer service. She said they would get back to me within 24 hours. It's been a week and we have heard nothing. Here is how little they value their customers - There is no direct way to contact 'customer service'. You have to go through your local store. We didn't buy it at our local store, we bought it online. This is the second time we have had problems with this business. No I don't know why we went back. So now we have a rubbish buffet and huge box sitting in our doorway, waiting for contact from Focus on Not Customers.
Great customer service, product and price
Store had a huge range of stock and options. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and communication was excellent. The price point and quality is fantastic. We love our furniture and without a doubt will buy again from Focus on Furniture.

I recently for the first time walked into Focus on Furniture Maribyrnong where I found the perfect lounge suit and readily available for delivery.
Right from the start Andijana helped me understand the combination and sizing of the piece I liked. I trusted her because she gave me time to ensure it would fit and suit my room before finalising.Together through the entire experience her and Kylie were 100% customer experience focused to meet my needs with patience, understanding and warmth.

We absolutely LOVE our Maldon Buffet.
We purchased the Large Maldon Buffet from Rita at the Geelong store.
Rita’s service was amazing, the delivery was organised very promptly. We love the buffet so much we are now looking to buy a second for our lounge area. Storage is very ample and the design will not date.
Highly recommend buy this buffet from Focus on furniture.

My Apartment fabric left hand chaise sofa was delivered without instructions on how to attach the legs, apart from "Use a power drill." Can anyone help?
I bought a queen bed frame and am now selling it. However I have noticed that the slats are fixed to the frame. Is this easy to dismantle with the right tools? And if so where can I get dismantling instructions? Any advice would be appreciated!
So I’ve been delivered faulty couches about a month ago first of all I don’t understand even leather inspector declare it faulty and needs to be replaced straight but I don’t know why is it taking to long to process dandenong branch is just a joke I’ve made nearly 100 calls try to solve problem but they don’t care kindly replace the couches or refund coz it’s nearly 2 months I’m just hanging around for no reason this is how u guys deal with ur customers unbelievable and disappointing
