We purchased a Hudson on Sep 09 and have misplaced the receipt. I have spoken to the store who have moved premises since then and have been told to work out month and year we purchased.
What I need to know is does the webbing/support have the ten year warranty? The times have changed since our purchase but my memory is one year for cushions and ten years for frame and support? Does anyone remember if I'm correct?
Hi Dale, thanks so much for your question! That is correct the Hudson Sofa has a 10 years warranty for seat support (including the webbing) and frame and 1 year for seat foam. I brought a Hudson chaise is 2007... The last few years it's been sagging in certain parts. Now we can't even sit on it without getting a sore back. I have taken very good care of it. Always had covers on it to protect it. We are hardly home of rot to be worn out so much. I have my original receipt. I want to know if I am covered under the 10 Warranty. I don't believe it to be our fault as to how saggy & how there are certain parts of the frame that seem to be indented? How do I know if I am covered?

Great couch, we love it. I have had it for almost 8 years now I think! Still so comfy that my husband falls asleep on it nearly every night! Is it possible to buy new covers? I take them off to wash regularly, but am keen for a bit of a new look! I have a broken zip on one cushion, but otherwise the chocolate suede type covers have lasted perfect through 4 moves and three kids!
