instructions were very clear with visuals and written instruction. I easily completed did this myself.)
My friend bought a lounge and when it was delivered it was the wrong one so sent it back went back to the store and had to pick another one when it arrived it’s also wrong again so she can’t be bothered with doing anything but will never shop with that store again

Purchased a 2 seater couch 5 months ago. The cushions have depressed so much that the couch is extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The couch does not meet advertised standards having lasted only 5 months. The warranty process is made difficult and impossible to prove a defective product. I cannot fault the staff only the product that is being sold.… Read more
The couch looks fine just not for sitting on comfortably or any length of time. Very disappointed and will bypass fantastic furniture in the future.

name but my invoice says Brant C.he checked my order,and told me I had somehow ordered two mattresses,however he processed a credit,asked me when I would like my order delivered,also showed me the bed I had ordered on line,which I did not realise was possible ,as the site stated online only.Any bed delivered and assembled,I was impressed with the quick delivery,also detailed assembly instructions with all the seperate parts packed in there seperate labelled bags which made things very easy to follow,in all great product and customer service
