Very poor experience with online delivery. Someone took the delivered item from the front of our house. Please consider offering Click & Collect or safer delivery options to ensure the item reaches the correct person. Leaving items in front of the house is not secure, as they can easily be taken.
BE SURE AS YOU CANT RETURN EASILY: Despite advertising that you can, I couldn't cancel an order on three hours after ordering even though it hadn't shipped. I absolutely love my new lounge. I've been wanting it for months. It actually withstands my cats nails and fur better than a fabric lounge. I thought I'd need to put plastic protectors but no need to. It's comfy as. Firm but not hard as a rock. Beautiful colour. We visited Fantastic furniture at Warwick Farm to purchase a new lounge and when I saw the Heston sofa I just wanted to sit on it. The recliner and built-in USB are a great inclusion and the fabric is so soft and the colour is perfect. The sofa was delivered 3 days later and was no problem putting it together. The pick up area is easy to find, always easy to use and the gentleman on the gate there goes out of his way to be helpful. He always loads for us which is very kind and thoughtful and much appreciated, especially by a couple in their 70’s. It is our first port of call whenever we need an item of furniture and are disappointed if it is something not in their inventory and we have to go else where, luckily that doesn’t happen often.

purchase. Don't bother buying, the slats are very thin pine, it will not last! He was not jumping on the bed, he just sat on it. Then, it took days to sort out, them requesting lots of photos and then telling me I need to undo the bedframe, then pack it back in its original box!!! This would have taken hours and hours. Who keeps their giant, long cardboard boxes when moving!? Very disappointing. Will not buy at Fantastic Furniture again.

Instore prices must be different to online as I was overcharged. The boxes were so badly damaged I was nervous driving an hour home to just find out the product was damaged aswell. The bottom stair plastic falls off, it was bought for my grandkids so only used on the occasional visit. All was good for the first couple of uses but now anytime she steps on the bottom rung the plastic slips off, its rough underneath so I can't just leave it off.
