I absolutely love my new lounge. I've been wanting it for months. It actually withstands my cats nails and fur better than a fabric lounge. I thought I'd need to put plastic protectors but no need to. It's comfy as. Firm but not hard as a rock. Beautiful colour. We visited Fantastic furniture at Warwick Farm to purchase a new lounge and when I saw the Heston sofa I just wanted to sit on it. The recliner and built-in USB are a great inclusion and the fabric is so soft and the colour is perfect. The sofa was delivered 3 days later and was no problem putting it together. So expensive mistake - and a costly long term one as quality of sleep directly impacts your quality of life .. you only really have 2 choices - take a huge loss and try and sell it - or buy a memory foam etc topper and hope you can get by on it for the next 5/10 years till you need another new mattress. Also the store website and automated answering machine said it was open on public holiday so I drove up - it wasn’t .. and the mediation process is a lengthy and complete waste of time . nothing to do with them and yet they give you no option for the delivery company. Going by the reviews of Aramex, it is likely I have wasted my money. That was last night. The bed frame arrived this morning. I had rung Aramex first thing. However, I am keeping this review as I think Fantastic Furniture needs to take responsibility for the product arriving at its destination as they, do, after all, charge for shipping. I chose to purchase from them because I assumed a well known company was a safer prospect with online shopping. I have had no problems with purchases from other companies.

Be very careful ordering rugs online from them. What arrived looked like a completely different product. Terrible quality, terrible service, and a very frustrating experience overall. Tried to get some customer service and return the NEW product, it's so bad they don't even want it back haha. Now i have to go the long route of a bank dispute and lodge a complaint with the ACCC. their trust pilot is plagued with 1 star reviews. Pretty bad marketing strategy, instead of helping customers, they refuse. customers share their real experience and they lose thousands of dollars due to poor service and poor products.

If you don't have someone handy around who could possibly pop rivet them into the frame then they are not safe.
I was offered a $10 refund on each one or if I wanted a refund I would have to dismantle them and take them back to a store (they are 15kgs each and I have a bad back).

a refund was provided, we were very dissatisfied with the after-sales service. We were repeatedly instructed to dispose of the damaged mirror ourselves, despite its large size, heavy weight, and the fact that it was completely broken. When we requested that the company arrange collection of the damaged item, we were simply told that this was not possible and that disposal was our responsibility. Expecting customers to safely dispose of a large, shattered mirror is unreasonable and demonstrates a lack of responsibility for a product that arrived in such poor condition. Overall, the delivery and customer service experience fell well below expectations. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not purchase from this company again.
