Absolutely Terrible. I had not heard back on a delivery date after ordering 5 days ago (3-10 days delivery was advised), I asked for an update, and they advised they have oversold, and would refund in 7-10 days! What makes this even more frustrating is that if nobody is home, the items will be left outside. In my case, one of the items weighs 221kg, making it impossible for me to move it inside by myself. I also don't want a bed and mattress left outside during winter weather.
When I contacted customer service to ask if they could provide a delivery date (like normal) so I could arrange to work from home. I was told they couldn't do that because they use multiple carriers and it’s my fault for not reading the fine print. The response felt dismissive and unhelpful, with no attempt to offer a solution. (Especially how preciously I’ve always been provided with a delivery day)
At this point, all I can do is hope I'm home when the delivery arrives. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about ordering large furniture items from Fantastic Furniture in the future if they have changed their delivery methods.

I bought a "Finlay" sofa two years ago. Unfortunately the fabric started to fuzz off and pill immediately. It has not stood up to vacuuming either, which has worsened the problem (who makes a couch that csnt be vacuumed?). The texture/weave also flattened within six months. a 10 year old sofa and I don't expect it to last longer than another two years. This was not the experience I had with my previous Fantastic sofa, which lasted 10 years and still looked good. RRP for this sofa is $999, so not exactly cheap. If you look at the reviews, others have had issues with the fabric too. It is a known problem and it seems Fantastic just tell people to suck it up.
I emailed Fantastic about this as the sofa is still under warranty. I said if the warranty was honoured, I would be happy to pay extra for a more durable sofa from their store, as a gesture of good faith. I provided them with photos. They said they would contact the store I bought it from (Midland) and that they would contact me. No one has contacted me and it has been weeks.
Due to this, I will never purchase anything from Fantastic Furniture again. It is clear the quality of their sofas has diminished over the years. To not honour the warranty is not only illegal, but scammy. I am sick of large companies behaving like scammers and getting away with it just because they are big business.

I absolutely love my new lounge. I've been wanting it for months. It actually withstands my cats nails and fur better than a fabric lounge. I thought I'd need to put plastic protectors but no need to. It's comfy as. Firm but not hard as a rock. Beautiful colour. We visited Fantastic furniture at Warwick Farm to purchase a new lounge and when I saw the Heston sofa I just wanted to sit on it. The recliner and built-in USB are a great inclusion and the fabric is so soft and the colour is perfect. The sofa was delivered 3 days later and was no problem putting it together. Follow-up · It's been 2 years now and it has held together well. armrests are adjustable both vertically (good) and they can spin 30 deg outwards, ( I guess for access in tight spots, but most won't use it) Back support is ok Cushion could do with a little more for long sessions, I actually just use a towel, gives it just enough extra and protects the seat but a thin cushion on top would be perfect for most people.

Follow-up · Still using this rug - its good quality, can be swept, vacuumed and cleaned very easily. It's on a covered balcony now and gets a small amount of rain on the edges. Dries quickly and mark come off with a quick wipe. A great product!

BACK REST (P9). Of the 4 bolts, 2 of them were EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO INSERT. On close examination, two of the holes were semi-covered and one of the holes was faulty in that it would not allow the bolt to be screwed into the hole. Aligning the screws with the holes was extremely challenging. After considerable effort, including the necessity to clear the two faulty holes manually and squirt a tiny amount of WD40 into the hole that refused to accept insertion of the bolt, I managed to complete the assembly task. However, the problematic bolt, though firmly inserted now, is inserted at a somewhat askew angle. It is very firmly inserted, but obviously not as intended by the manufacturer. Another concern is the depth of the front-to-back seat plate measurement (P5) following completion. It is just 43cm, which may be comfortable for the Chinese anatomy, but I feel like I am precariously sitting on the edge of a fence. It is very narrow. Caveat emptor.

Very poor experience with online delivery. Someone took the delivered item from the front of our house. Please consider offering Click & Collect or safer delivery options to ensure the item reaches the correct person. Leaving items in front of the house is not secure, as they can easily be taken.
