SCAM – Ordered a hoodie online months ago. No delivery and no further communication were returned after that. The only reliable thing about this website was the charge to my credit card that is now in the process of being reversed!

Still waiting – Have purchased a sweatshirt on line over a month ago. They said they will let me know when it will be ready to ship. Haven't heard back. Have sent numerous e mails. No reply.

Bunch of Cowboys – Made a purchase online for a mug, received conformation of order and information stating I would receive a tracking number within 6 days and my order within 10 business days. Awful – I made the purchase online on their website all money went through confirmed delivery date but product never arrived contact them no answer had to take it up with PayPal never again would I purchase from this store

Worst online experience I've EVER EVER had – Their site is faulty. Their phones don't even ring. Customer service don't get back to you.. . Thank goodness I paid with PayPal and have opened dispute to get my money back. 100% NOT RECOMENDED.

Great Product - IF you can get them to deliver to you – 2 products ordered on 26 March and one of them was delivered on 6 April so at that point I thought the shipment had been split. being re-sent (not that they sent it in the first place) and that I should have it by mid next week. However, I still don't have my other item and calling them does no good as their number is permanently engaged and no one answers my emails. I have been left to rot. However, as I paid by Paypal, I have opened a dispute for the other item and will get my money back shortly so not a problem.

Now trading as "Ministry of British Comedy" – Purchased online, On receiving Paypal statement, I found they had charged US dollars then converted to Aus dollars, almost doubling the cost of item. I e-mailed FASTWAY and advised them to return package as I will refuse to accept delivery.

I am awaiting reply.

Received package per Aust Post from an unknown company in Victoria, on opening , surprise!!

it was from FANTEES, returned package to Austpost with instructions to return to sender.

and reported incident to ACCC.

I fell for this!!! and they are still sending me emails wanting me to buy stuff like some mystery Nigerian banker offering pots of gold.

Made order on Oct 5 still waiting for delivery, today is 23 Rd Dec !!!! Not at all happy. No luck co – On line still waiting for delivery!!!! Ordered Oct 5 2016 not happy despite many calls & e mails never a call back

Absolutely pathetic! – Ordered $172.00 worth of merchandise on 24/9/16. Reply email indicated I'd have parcel within 10-14 days. Payment taken from my account on 27/9. It's now 3rd Dec & still nothing. 5 emails, 5 phone calls to a recorded message and still no response. Disgusted!

Fan Tees. Don't order – Purchased a Fan Tees on line. Tee arrived on time, more or less, wrong size. Returned mid October, with return form, but not replaced!!!! E-mailed a couple of times and NUMEROUS phone calls, gone straight to message bank. NO REPLY! If they are still holding my product. it could be returned, wrong size wouldn't matter...Better than losing out on all the money...

Just don't – DO not place an order with this company. I placed an order in the middle of October and the confirmation e-mail stated that I would have the t-shirts within 10 days and 6 weeks later I am still waiting. I've received no response from a query submitted to their site and the woman who answers their phone can only say she will refer the query to the warehouse who don't respond. So, JUST DON'T.

email saying my order has been despatched, again emailed them to say I cancelled order on 30/10 and do not want. Email on 10/11 from Fastway couriers to say my package is on the way. Package found at front door on 23/11 having left Brisbane on 10/11. APPALLING SERVICE , NOT IMPRESSED.

No product received! – At the start of October in places an order, I am yet to receive it. I never got a confirmation email of the order and my account I created "doesn't exist". The payment was taken straight from my account. I have tried to contact them by phone, email to the customer support and also on their live chat... I'm yet to get a response!! So disappointed. On to the ombudsman next!

Ridiculous Ripoff Artists – I placed an order back in October. No confirmation email EVER but the money taken immediately. My paypal guy said he would contact to try to get a tracking number and that my refund would be processed in 11 days. He also said, after listening to what I said, that "this is their last chance. If they don't respond to me, we will shut them down and they won't be able to use paypal anymore." I wish I could give them less than one star.

them I was reporting them to Office of Fair Trading, that I was requesting a refund through PayPal who would in turn pursue them and that I was contacting the media. They replied by email and processed a refund through PayPal immediately.

Avoid at all costs – Online purchase through their website Fanspot (better known as fantee). Product never sent (money definitely taken) and when check on website account about my order it remains unfulfilled. Multiple emails and phone calls and none returned. I should have known better and researched the reviews before hand. Disputing with paypal in the hopes of getting my money back. What an absolute joke this company is.

Don't buy from them – Don't buy from them I Ordered a tshirt 7weeks ago waited 3 weeks ,emailed and called several times no response received an email back 2 weeks ago from Adrienne saying it's with the production team will be in touch within 24 hours I'm still waiting I was lucky PayPal refunded department of fair trading have also been contacted.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM – DO NOT GET SCAMMED - You will NOT receive any goods, but you will certainly lose your money. Calls and emails will NOT be returned. BEWARE !!!!

Time to shut them down – Same story as everyone else. Took the money and no goods have arrived from order on 2nd September. Will be checking with PayPal to see if I can get a refund. Do NOT deal with these guys.

Customer service – Made a purchase online, delivery date came and went. Tried contacting them by phone and e-mail, no response on a number of occasions. Contacted my bank so they can dispute the payment and reclaim my money. Finally received my t-shirt (good quality) and an apology.

Crap Customer Service – Made purchase online. They took my money no worries. No items delivered. No response to any of my calls or emails. No use calling the number, no one ever answered. Now left trying to get my money back.

Still have not seen either of the 2 products after a month. After 14 emails and 6 phone calls to 130 – Online purchase x 2 $75 all up. Still to be delivered but have given up. After trying to contact by email and phone still no joy this company is a ripoff and needs to closed down.

Steal your money – Do not order from this website - they will take your money and never deliver what you purchased. I have reported the seller to the ACCC and in the process of trying to get a refund through paypal.

Unhappy customer – Made a purchase online on 4th Oct and still waiting. Sent an email and was told sorry I will look into your order and let you know with in 24hrs. Well it's been 36hrs no response. Feeling disappointed and ripped off. Just like other customers I wish I had read the reviews first.

This mob are the worst don't order from them!!!!!!!! – I purchased online a Tee Shirt on October 5th the money was taken from my account and it still has not arrived. I have contacted by phone and email with NO RESPONSE do your self a favour and don't use them or purchase anything from them.

Ministry of British Comedy – Purchased online in September 2016, rang and left message, left email, left posts on Facebook. Nothing. Hopefully with enough bad reviews this rip off merchant will get closed down.

Very unhappy customer – I ordered my item on the 29th sept and am still waiting with no response to several calls and emails. Do Not Do It – I made the online purchase late September, was told there was a delay via email after i chased it up, and it never showed. Am in the process of getting my money back with my bank. Do not order through this company, i wish i had of read the reviews prior.

Worst supplier ever!!!! – Made a purchase online from a Facebook suggestion. Lucky I paid with PayPal and have now, 2 months later, received a PayPal refund because I never received my items and Fantees did not answer my calls or emails. They should be closed down!

Wish I hadn't bothered to order – I paid by pay pal. Still waiting since 3rd Oct.Can't get any response. The 1300 number won't answer. Bit dodgy I think. Will try to get my money back as I feel I've been had.

2 Orders Twice Happy – I have made two orders from these people and apart from having a blue shirt sent instead of a black one, no big deal for me, everything has been ok. Both orders were sent within 8 days and the sizes sent were correct and the 2nd order was perfect and recieved before 2 weeks. Consistently good as far as I'm concerned.
