I would give 0 if I could. Appalling company, the worst I have ever dealt with. They are unhelpful and no customer service. I still do not have my order. They do not care about customer service. Shocking in every way! Do not buy anything from them ever- steer clear!!!!!!

Found USED lip gloss and USED mask in my supposedly NEW & Full-priced vest!!!! Beware everyone! I am so shocked. Farfetch staff are not supposed to use their customer’s paid products…! What else are they hiding?!

I returned order for Chloé ski goggles on 16 July 2025 due to damaged lenses, no Chloé authenticity card, and no original Chloé packaging. Farfetch confirmed the item was successfully received by their supplier on 30 July 2025 Over two weeks later, I have no refund, no confirmed resolution date, and repeated follow-ups have only received generic replies. My serious concern about the item’s authenticity has not been addressed at all.
I ordered a pair of £400 Common Project trainers and when they arrived the shoe box was slightyly damaged, I tried the trainers on and they were a size to big, so I returned them the same day. returned to me. on inspection the dirt was so tiny I struggled to see it and when it was rubbed it came off, the box was as it was when I first received it. I contacted the manager and explained the situation and said I would happy with an exchange for size smaller or a credit note, but they would not accept them back at all !! I have used Farfetch before and they were good but you only find out what a companies customer service is like when you have an issue and unfortunately Farfetch customer service is very poor!!

was sent until I followed up. The delivery date passed with no other correspondence so I contacted them to find out where the shoes were. They explained the shoes were in the warehouse ready to be picked up but hadn’t been collected. They promised that they would get back to me with an update. The next thing I received was an automated message a few days later saying my refund had been processed, with no explanation or apology, leaving me without a present for my daughters birthday the next day! The worst customer service ever. I suggest choosing a more reliable company and spending your money with a company that cares.

Extremely disappointing experience with Farfetch. I paid extra for fast delivery for a birthday gift, yet my order wasn’t even dispatched after 5 days. times (Wednesday afternoon, Wednesday night, Thursday morning), but was told it was “not possible due to a system limitation.” Even after lodging a complaint, the order was still dispatched late, with an ETA well beyond the promised fast-delivery timeframe.
This has been one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had — slow processing, no escalation support, no communication, and no flexibility. For a luxury platform, this is incredibly disappointing.
Would not recommend Farfetch based on this experience.

defective pair I had returned. I was assured that they were not n that they were a brand new pair. I received the exact same defective pair of shoes. I went through the returns process n I was not assisted, rather they asked for evidence, again, to provide pics of the defective shoes that they put back for sake rather than removing the stock. I thought that Farfetch was ethical n better than that. How dodgy!! Very disappointing Farfetch!!!

confusing replies about a different item, closed my case, and ignored follow-ups. After almost a month of excruciating communication, phone calls being hung up on, emails ignored, I finally had enough. I’ve started a chargeback with my bank.
Farfetch offers great products but shows no care for its customers in Australia when it comes to delivery. They continue to use UPS, a courier that provides terrible service here — no authority to leave, no flexible redelivery options, no real delivery management, and only one pickup location at Melbourne Airport. multiple times, but Farfetch’s response has been dismissive, suggesting services that simply don’t exist in Australia. The result is stress, missed deliveries, and wasted time.
Until Farfetch takes this seriously and allows customers in Australia to choose DHL or another reliable courier, the shopping experience will remain deeply flawed. It feels like they care more about cost efficiency than customer convenience.
This company used to be phenomenal, they are a disgrace now. The mark up on items is thousands and customer service has dropped substantially. Support is zero, only a template is available by mail, and a template is available on the sites. Calling is useless - they do nothing. Return instead of the promised 14 days - already a month. experience has been incredibly disappointing. I paid for a product that never arrived and I’m being ignored by both the retailer and the courier. I do not recommend ordering from Farfetch — there seems to be no accountability when something goes wrong.

I placed an order prior to this one for a pair of shoes. Farfetch sent me the wrong size. I contacted them, they apologised, as soon as the shoes were collected (and you have to often wait a whole day for UPS to turn up to collect) I received my refund. check them before they were sent out. So I ordered again, and wrote to Farfetch that I had reordered and was assured it would all be fine.
Again, they sent the wrong size. I contacted them and they were mystified as to how this could happen etc etc. I was promised that as soon as the shoes were en route back to them I would receive my refund and they would look in to why it happened etc. Again I waited at home a whole day for UPS to collect, which was on 29 April. On 30 April I called Farfetch to confirm the refund, I was put on hold and then told that the refund had been approved and it would take up to 72 hours to come back to me.
I still did not have the refund 5 days later so called again today. I was told at first that the shoes hadn’t been collected, which is demonstrably untrue. I was then told that the refund was still being processed so it would take another week! I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn’t one available which I don’t believe.
I have emails apologising for the errors, assurances of refunds, promises to take care and to investigate etc etc, all absolutely worthless. I was sent the wrong size twice, I had to wait at home for a whole day to have their mistake collected twice, and I was lied to about the refund.
Farfetch has lost a customer. I will not be purchasing from this website again. If you are considering buying from them, I would say if you get the right order that’s great but if they send you the wrong thing you can expect a great deal of stress and a colossal waste of your time as you wait for collection and they continue to hold your funds hostage for their error.

I ordered a pair of sneakers and the delivery date was approximately 10 days from the date I ordered them, which was fine so I paid for the order however only after I made the payment was I sent an email saying the delivery date was now 5 months away!! I am moving interstate in 30 days and I won't even be here to follow up. Very very deceptive company. Do not buy from these people !!!!!!

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of understanding and support from their customer service. For items that cost over $1,000, I expect not only high quality but also excellent customer care, and I received neither. This experience has been disappointing on all fronts, and I will not be shopping on Farfetch again.
Scam Company – Be very cautious when shopping with Farfetch. One of my orders was never delivered, and their "free returns" policy turned out to be a scam, with them claiming the parcel was lost to avoid refunding me. I am taking them to Court now

RIP off and terrible customer service/refund process – I’ve been waiting two months for a refund. I returned two ganni tshirts, they refunded me for one and not the other and said they can’t locate it… it was in the same package so how did they receive one and not the other? delivery service is a DISASTER !!! The parcel was broken when it was delivered and left in insecure location without notifications. Farfetch used DHL as a courier before which was great and organized. Ups as their new courier which isn't as efficient and good as DHL for sure. Really disappointed and unsatisfied to shopping with Farfetch. Such a SHAME, FARFETCH USED TO BE GOOD!!! No wonder there is a rumor said Farfetch is gonnan bankrupt. shirt using their return guidelines I was unsuccessful. I tried on two separate occasions . I registered a return with them, I received the return labels which I attached to my return package. They ordered the courier to pick up the return which they gave me a collection date for. I stayed at home all day waiting for the courier which never arrived on either occasion. Nor did the courier contact me with any explanation. I asked Farfetch for an address that I could post (at my own expense) the shirt back to and they refused to give me an address. I found one on line and posted it back to Farfetch only to have the parcel returned to me. I communicated regularly with Farfetch about the problems i was having and they simply responded that it was most unfortunate. I have had to now incur the expense of having a dressmaker try to alter the shirt so that I can at least get some wear out of it. The alterations have completely ruined the shirt. Be warned do not shop with Farfetch you will only end up out of pocket and very disappointed. Their returns policy is a complete farce.
