Had 2 parcels delivered in short time. Price is fair. Used aramex before, waited 5 days to get my parcel picked up and they were cheaper. Driver also told me they were there but is not true... didn't receive any confirmation and I even left my parcel outside for them to get it. Worst experience using a third party service provider for courier services. Allied Express should be struck off your list as they failed to collect the package for a week after rebooking it everyday. They continued to tell me their driver attempted collection but no one was home, when the package was sitting at the front door the whole time. Show details

Paid $260 to Fast Courier for deliver through Startrack in 2-3 days. It's four days and counting. No delivery yet. We even took it to the StarTrack depot ourselves since the pickup guy hadn't arrived in time. Still nothing. Wouldnt trust their delivery estimations based on this experience. We engaged Fast Courier to return a projector screen from Brisbane to Melbourne for a refund from the supplier. The box arrived so badly damaged that the supplier declared the screen unsaleable and has refused to provide a refund. Now we have to go through the rigmorole of an insurance claim. I received a quote for interstate shipping based on the great reviews here, but was overcharged regardless. The quote to ship some boxes was ~$85 and I took the required photos before sending, but was told after it had shipped that the measurements I provided of the boxes were incorrect. They weren't - my measurements match what was on the boxes… Read more

Declared Dimensions (L x W x H): Item 1: 31 x 42 x 27 Item 2: 31 x 42 x 27 Item 3: 31 x 42 x 27 Item 4: 34 x 42 x 27 Item 5: 40 x 20 x 14 Declared Volume: 0.16 m3
The carrier then sent me a bill for $65 saying my measurements were incorrect, and provided their measurements, which were all different despite using 4 identical boxes. Billed Dimensions (L x W x H): Item 1: 22 x 40 x 18 Item 2: 31 x 43 x 27 Item 3: 42 x 32 x 26 Item 4: 43 x 32 28 Item 5: 32 x 42 x 26 Billed Volume: 0.1602 m3
These measurements meant I was 200ml/cm3 over what I had paid for... $65 for less than a cup of water!
They didn't agree when I disputed the claim, and sent it to a debt recovery agency to claim. I just paid it to save the extra trouble - avoid in future.

After failed to deliver the service, and service was cancelled, they still charged me for their service which never deliver, using untrue reason to issue an adjustment of invoice to my credit card. To make matters worse, the item arrived damaged and essentially worthless. Even the delivery driver acknowledged the damage on arrival.
Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience with poor communication, delays, and damaged goods. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

We booked a courier from Katherine to Adelaide for a door to door pick-up. It is a great concept. They recommended Startrack for $157 with a two day delivery. The parcel was never picked up. The sender then went to deliver at Startrack office in Katherine and Startrack had no record of it. Even though we had a tracking number and had paid. Show details

the measurements are wrong, also been charged with a residential fee when I selected residential when I made the booking. I have photos of the measurements as it stated on their website to take pictures, I have tried to click on the dispute link they send in the email with the new invoice and it does nothing, I have also already sent them 3 emails in regards to this with no reply. They have no phone number to call and discuss about this. Absolutely shocking services, wish I read the reviews before booking with them.
Follow-up · The final cost including what I originally paid for the bookings was $1045. One of my booking arrived on time, the second booking was a few days late so wasn't too disappointing. The extra fees they took out of my account was $638. I ended up having to go through ACCC and also log a dispute through my bank to get that money back and cancel my card as by the end of it Fast couriers was ignoring my emails again about the money they were taking out.

Scared me when I got a message saying it was ready to get picked up at the Cairns depot, when it had been dropped off there for delivery in Eagleby. Apparently it had been on an adventure, but then was delivered to the right spot. I haven’t opened the box to check it. Lucky it wasn’t time sensitive. Show details · 1

I selected a courier and paid the fee, and just as promised, my urgent parcel — a gift I’d left a little too late to send! — was picked up the following morning and delivered interstate the very next day, exactly as quoted.
By far the best experience I’ve ever had booking a courier service. The whole process was incredibly convenient, the pricing was very reasonable, and I didn’t even have to leave the house.
I can confidently say I’ll be using this service regularly from now on.

method) to follow up. By Friday 4/9 it was still awaiting pick up. I then asked the recipient if i could drop it somewhere to the courier. I was given an address at aramex near the airport. I dropped it off and the next phase was very efficient. It was received today by the recipient. The pickup was non existent. I was very disappointed in this service.
