Easy to use and good coverage provided – This is my 4th policy with Fast Cover. I have not had to make a claim as yet so cannot comment on that process however while not always the cheapest option when I have compared the coverage provided they always come out on top . The paperwork to make a claim was easy to fill out and it only took a week and a half for an email to come through letting me know 100% of my medical expenses were covered. I have heard of numerous insurance companies not covering legitimate claims and so was worried Fast Cover may do the same. I am so pleased to find that Fast Cover definitely covers legitimate overseas medical expenses and highly recommend to anyone unsure of what insurance company to go with. I will be using Fast Cover for all my future overseas holidays.

The claims team is separate to the emergency team, but our case was resolved and settled within a reasonable amount of time, and overall we couldn't be happier with the service, care and response we received. Best Snow Sports Cover Ever – I have researched many insurances and without doubt Fast Cover has the best cover for off piste, side and back country. Another necessity – felt the policy was expensive, however, it covers the areas I need and as I am not getting younger , seemed worth it. Worst insurance company!!! – WORST INSURANCE COMPANY!!! I'm writing my first ever negative review and if I would give this scummy company 0 stars if I could. I submitted my claim and got a follow up email saying they would respond within 10 business days, at the end of that deadline fast cover requested more information (most of which had already been provided). more then 2 months from when I first submitted the claim I got back a negative outcome.

My flight was cancelled whilst I was in Canada early this year due to a reduction in service (probably the most common reason for flight cancellation). You would think that this should surely be covered by comprehensive travel insurance especially when paying $700 for a 2 month trip. THINK AGAIN!!!! They advertise to cover up to $50000 in trip disruption expenses and unlimited for trip cancellation expenses but make sure you read the fine print as this only if your flight has been cancelled because of hijacking, riot, strike or natural disaster. It's almost laughable because the chances of any of the above happening are extremely unlikely.

It's crazy to think that financially we would have been better to not even have insurance at all. I also would've saved myself one HUGE HEADACHE, a lot of stress and many hours in phone calls and emails.

Extremely disappointed with this service and will be sure to share my story and thoughts with as many people as I can.

Simplicity – Good value, and easily read PDS with bold sections making understanding easier. Lodged a claim due to inclement weather – Initially chose fast cover because they offer the best coverage for adventure sports (in my case heli-skiing).
