they will only refund my $48 Fee minus their $20 admin fee. This is how they make their money. I have referred this to the CBA and should have done my due diligence a bit better and looked at reviews first. The other thing is that with the questions they ask even if what you state is wrong they mark it correct. TOTAL SCAM

Scam website alert – Never use this website to do any courses through them. They are legit scammers. I got scammed for doing my rsa for nsw region. And I wasted $47 on nothing. Don’t use this company!!! – Do not trust this company. 100% scam and they will take your money. The certificates are not with the paper they are printed on.

Further they charge $45 which is twice the price of an accredited course. Criminals.
SCAM! – I did an online course for a white card. They send you a fake certificate and don't issue a white card.
False and incorrect course online!!! – When we had a look at the courses it’s said white card course not induction white card… which the certificate of induction of the white cards was NOT valid as we could not use it on site jobs. They are a liars false information and not willing to do the right things by refunding… DO NOT APPLY Please as it’s will happen to you, don’t waste your money on this course!!!

accredited so did not get me any closer to getting RSA certified. When I contacted them to ask for a refund the usual excuse from these scam companies of "well if you read our T&Cs you will see that we state blah blah blah" and no acceptance that they are just leeches hoping to catch out people just trying to get the Government mandated training out of the way. In the invoice it even says "RSA Certificate" - ask any hospo staff what an RSA Certificate is and they will say it is what you need to work in a bar/bottlo, not some preparation course for the real RSA like what this sham company use as an excuse to hide behind. Should I have known they were a scam? Probably. Does that excuse them from ripping people off for useless certificates? I should hope not. Avoid at all costs!

Very misleading service – I am disappointed, the title greatly deceived me, it says white card course, even though it is not a legally accredited course to provide a white card certificate their course and certificate is illegitimate. Do not get scammed by these people.
Cant believe these guys are legit – Im referring them to ASIC for unethical practices with no human contact and charging fees unnecesary to courses they provide

fake SCAM – wow just paid and then realised when certificate printed out no number allocated no certificate number no anything $40 for nothing .. how are they able to get away with this
It is a SCAM. Be aware guys – It is a scam lost my money for White card course. They are not providing any white card because they are not a RTO. Don't waste your money on crap site like these.

THIS IS A SCAM!! – This is not a white card course. It's an introduction to what you need to know to get a white card. Stay away!!!!
Don't waste your time and money – This website only offers a pre introduction to the actual course. YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO WORK WITH THEIR "CERTIFICATE"!!! Nothing is approved by the government. Please don't spend any of your money on them. Get a proper course done which is actually government approved.
RSA cetrtificate – It is useless, I paid once $4598. I couldn't view certificate for print out and I paid a second time by mistake. It isn't a certified and no unit code. So, the certificate is worthless. I hope they acknowledge my second payment error, and a full refund should be returned. Disappointed think twice before completing fast short courses online.
FAKE RSA course – You are not able to take certificate from this course. I was charged 48 dollars for nothing.
This is practically an scammer – Please don't used this web if you are a serious to get a certificate it meke me waiste 40 dollars I thought I have got my RSA certificate but it is just an introduction to the course now I have to do it again because it is not a government recognised
Scam white card course – They advertise themselves as accredited white card but then issue an “introduction to white card” certificate for $47… trying to get my money back!
Scam!!! – I had the same experience and share the same insights as reviewer Yankang H. Avoid at all costs. I didn't and it cost me $40 (White Card course). Agreed, they do have you trapped with your audio consent.
Scam website - Not approved by Australian Government – Wasted $47 for RSA certificate. Certificate has no RTO information on it. No document No. on it. The company has no RTO number at all. The system will ask you to record a voice in the end so they can use it against your claim for refund later. I have reported this website. Avoid it.
