Zero stars if I could give it Packages from china arrived quicker than parcels from VIC to QLD. 10 days quicker in fact! Typical of this courier company. My very lightweight but long Parcel was dumped in a stupid location that could not be seen, unless you were 7 feet tall. The Door of the delivery address was 10 steps away, where the parcel would be out of sight and safe. Living up to their 1 star reviews – I received a notification yesterday saying it would be delivered yesterday. It wasn't. This morning I received a failed delivery notification, despite the fact I gave authority to leave it and I was also home. I've checked the cameras. The driver came to my house, sat in his van for 8 minutes but never approached my house. By the looks of it, he couldn't find the parcel. Maybe tomorrow..... Show details

Awful service with long delays and drivers who lie about no one at home – I had a package bought on ebay which was sent using Fastway. The package was picked up and stayed in transit between Melbourne and Brisbane for about 6 days. Finally it was due for delivery so I stayed at home waiting for it to receive a message that they attempted to deliver but no one home. I have a CCTV footage showing that the driver just… Read more

arrived to my address stayed in his car, wrote and ticket and dropped it in my letter box without even trying to go to my door. Took him 5 seconds to put the ticket and off he went. Bad company because they must be aware of this dodgy practice by their drivers but they do nothing about it. Better avoid using them

Dump Packages in Full View - Easy Theft – Fastway Couriers standard policy seems to be to throw/drop packages in front yards in view to be stolen, never bothering to ring the doorbell. Great service from Fastway Couriers – I ordered an LED floodlight from ebay on Wed 8th May. I received notification that it would be delivered between 10th - 14th May, followed by another stating that it would be on the 14th. Delivered early, no problems – After a few negative experiences with Fastway, was pleasantly surprised when they delivered my package early, in excellent condition, no issues. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY – Every time we have had a parcel sent from east coast to perth we have had to wait a week for it to be delivered after arriving in perth and talking to the courier for the area gets you no where. Hopless – I try to avoid deliveries from Fastaway. But some times i slip up like my parcel i am waiting for . MP007459536.I have been on hold for 7 min. and a operator has just replied. Australia could not provide updates regarding my packages. So basically even sender does not know where the packages are. Bad delivery and customer service staff are the worst and good for nothing.

No doubt all the other reviews shows it all, that their service is PATHETIC. There is no option to give stars hence have to give 1 star.

Fastaway just ignored the complaint and my parcel is lost without any explanation.

The worst delivery service ever – Every time I see that Fastway is (eventually) delivering my purchase I shudder. I have a parcel that got from China to Melbourne in 5 days. It's now been sitting in Melbourne with Fastway, to come to Adelaide, for 17 days with no movement, and it being December 24th, no way will it be here for Christmas as expected. received an expected parcel from them - which has put me out (the receiver) & my sender too. I would certainly not use this company to send my parcels ! There are many reliable delivery companies available .... therefore, FASTWAY(ARAMEX) must review their business practices - in aid to stay in the league with their competitors.

Walk it to the destination yourself and save stress, time and money – Do not use these guys, avoid them at all costs. When deliveries are made to wrong address they do not care. They avoid answering questions and fixing the problem. They recently held on to a delivery of flowers over the weekend instead of delivering on the Friday as they had been paid to do. never does, my package was in a shop that I actually don’t really use for over a month , the shop keeper asked him to take the package and he told her that he was phoning me ( never happened ) complete lies!! this company should not be allowed to trade their licence to trade should be revoked , just look at all the complaints about them online , why are they still trading ??, there is no way of contacting them , no direct number , the worst courier company I have ever come across , sad thing is there are decent people out there looking for jobs who would do a wonderful job given the chance and we end up with a company run so badly that there could care less if their driver deliverers or not , shameful

know why eBay sellers use this service, because they're certainly not couriers, more like "Australia Post Being Run By One Person", only you've got to pay for it... If I look for something online & it's being delivered by Aramex/Fastway, I'm not buying it, especially when they leave it until the end of the delivery deadline because they know they can & the arrogance of customer service is deadset baffling... What they're allowed to essentially be abusive but I'm not..? I don't at all feel bad for saying, "I hope they go bankrupt"..!

Fastways couriers poor tracking and delivery – I cringe everytime I purchase on eBay and find fastways is the last way I want goods delivered. Tracking updates are rare, deliveries run late, it's frustrating not being able to know the progress of my deliveries. Item touring Australia but not actually being delivered – I purchased an item online from QLD. It went to the QLD depot, then the Sydney depot, then Adelaide before sitting in the Perth depot. I'm pleased my item got to tour Australia but I'm pretty keen to get the thing actually delivered! They tell me its now sitting in the Perth courier bay.
