$40 unlimited plan. Internet is constantly dropping out I would say 25% of the time I go to usey phone throughout the day the internet is dropping out and I need to wait ~5 minutes for it to be usable again. It is definitely not worth it and support will just tell you to restart your phone. Garbage. Show details

Unbearable! Simcard was damaged and requires replacement. It is a business phone which takes only a physical SIM and unable to receive calls or texts with codes. It's been registered in a business name so authentication couldn't happen through the app. It has been offline for two weeks while we wait for calls etc.. from different departments to authenticate and send out a replacement SIM card. to stream Netflix in 4k, watch youtube in 4k, play games, with low 30ms ping times, and to make video calls. I have gone from using 10GB a month, to over 400gb! Because the speeds are limited to 20mbps upload and 20mbps download, i find I am getting really consistent speeds. You can use e-sim to signup in less than 10 minutes and tether unlimited data to your personal TV or computer!
When i signed up using JM00586 I got a free month!

After having my phone stolen and getting a new unlocked phone I went back to Felix to get a new Sim only Felix rep told me I couldn't do that because they can't just cancel my acc. Signed up for esim. An error occurred and didn't install and the only way to communicate with them is through their in-app chat. So far the issue isnt resolved, I've charged and no service or connection. This is my 4th day (22nd of july 2025) asking for cancelation of the plan and refund. Still nothing. guarantee. It's been nothing but misery. They only replied twice asking for more "details" after I provided all the details they asked, I am being ghosted. So they took my money and I got no service. And trying to use their in-app chat is also a horrible experience. Have to go through the automated prompt every single time to type in the issue and ask for a response.

From Service to Connections, ordering the sim, activation, these guys have it on point. connected. I loved the fact that with everything recharge I am also helping plant a tree which is a bonus considering I am a nature lover myself. I have been through a lot of companies but Felix is the absolute best one I have encountered for the price it's well worth it.

Felix is the best. The coverage is prefect in my house and best in my room where I use my data the most! The screenshot was the speeds I get in my room and around my house. but other than that it was smooth sailing. In February, I moved to a different part of Melbourne. Felix just doesn't work there. My husband and I are both with Felix, and we are essentially in a black spot. We can't make phone calls, texts come late (extremely frustrating for OTPs), simple web pages won't load. Our phones are on SOS Only or 1 bar all the time. Contacted Felix to notify them, and they kept blaming it on temporary outages. Eventually, after FIVE WEEKS of not being able to call a doctor, call emergency services, literally call any landline in Australia, Felix's customer service team were unable to provide ANY practical fixes. The only thing they did was ask for the same, repetitive troubleshooting which made no difference, and try to blame my device. According to one rep, my device is only for outdoor use! I couldn't believe it! Funnily enough, I'm on SOS Only when I go for a walk too, mate!
Suffice to say, my last day with Felix is complete. It'll be curious whether these money-grabbers will refund my account with what credit I have there, as well as the unused days. Given that they wouldn't do anything to fix the problem, but just wanted me to stay a customer so I would keep paying them, it's unlikely. Essentially, I paid for 6 weeks of service with them which they did not deliver, and the phone records prove it. The ACCC is likely to agree with me.
Follow-up · No compensation or refund was given. Porting my number to Felix was easy. Porting my number to my next provider was also easy. Coverage with Felix at my previous address was absolutely fine.

you are left in the lurch and not assisted. I left after putting up with two days of being unable to make calls after switching to Felix. There’s a reason other providers cost more… their technical support and customer service trumps these guys in spades.
Follow-up · I have been much happier with another provider since leaving Felix I can actually make calls and have access to a person I can speak to on the phone if I need help not some AI bot who does nothing to help Think twice before you make the switch people of you get into trouble the technical support at Felix is non existent

I have been with them for 3 months with the 50% off promotion for unlimited internet. I'm in Skye. The signal is good. The signal dropped out some time when I went to the city. the internet. No lock in. When I'm out of country, I just pause the service and don't get charged as I'm not using it. When it's time to renew the plan, I get a reminder in advance so no surprise.
i’ve been with Felix now for over 12 months and I’m very happy with their service and their pricing and the way they accrue their data so it adds up to a good amount for me which I donate towards tree planting which is a pretty cool thing to do I haven’t experienced any bad signal problems using them, which is really good and highly recommend… Read more · 1
Felix to give a go It’s very easy to set up through their app. It only takes a couple of minutes at the most and transferring to a new phone is also quite easy. Hope this helps everyone.

Be aware that most of the "good" reviews are bought or put up by felix themselves according to the ombudsman, If I could give 0 stars I would!! The only way to contact them is via a chat bot and you barely get responses if at all. didn't work and brought you to the sign up page every time you clicked it or there was an error. But the worst part is that they don't clearly state upon sign up or on their website in general that you have to check your phones compatibility with their network on their compatibility checker to see if your phone will or won't work on their network. If your phone doesn't work they don't state why and the chat bot or agent doesn't know either. Felix does not work on any of my phones as soon as I put the SIM in any of my phones they shut off all access and make the SIM unusable because they don't like the phone I'm using , I canceled my service within the first 24hs of activating the SIM. I would not reccomend this [Content Removed] service to anyone at all!! How does the government allow this company to keep running with how much of a [Content Removed] this company is! I have spoken with so many agents and followed multiple steps (repeating the same steps) and it seems that they are unable to port my phone number. tell anyone to use this service not only did they waste my time by asking me if I wanted to confirm the cancellation of this phone number and they kept asking me are you sure you want to do this and not just making new you account and keep using this account even though it literally is hacked and I showed them the screenshot of what keep coming up as the phone number. my phone number kept coming up as a completely different number everyone else could see this number that wasn't mine it was text messages that had the different number but when I phoned people it was the original number now this other phone number I could literally text messages and phone call it and now trying to tell me it was part of my SIM card that when I replaced because you can change your number it but this phone number was completely active.and I was missing phone calls as well and for them to turn around and say the best solution that they have is literally cancelled a service now and wait for a new sim card to come in the mail because you can't go buy them which they did not even offer to send me one I literally had to make a new account pay for the SIM card. And when I get the new number then they will transfer the old credit to my new one witch is ridiculous because I had unlimited.
