Fraudulent provider, internet is very poor and the internet drops out every 20 minutes. When I first joined it was very cheap because I had a promotional offer. Worst sim provider ever! I wanted to get my e sim switched to a new device, they locked me out 7days! I cannot use my bank accounts nothing! And they never reply and whatever you say it’s always 2 business days! They shouldn’t be allowed to operate!

New phone not compatible with service, because samsung is a non well known brand. Service has been spotty for 2 years now. This is unacceptable and the lack of customer support is abysmal. receive call/sms, but unable to call out. Support doesn't work and you end up in a bot loop. I wouldn't waste your money if you require a reliable service or support when needed. They are happy to let you know that your payment failed or card is about to expire but if you need help, they disappear. Currently l'm 48 hrs into trying to get someone to actually assist me. Look elsewhere for a better service and coverage is my advice.

Love love love Felix mobile. Unlimited data on your phone for $40 a month, and I believe they are running a promotion where you get $20 a month for your first 4 months. Felix has great coverage even in some difficult known blackspots where coverage is very limited or non exsistant. I've never had an issue. Felix you are bloody legends. Ported away from Telstra in 10 minutes because they charge me way too much and can barely stream YouTube at 480p on my iPad through my hotspot. Felix with their $20, 3 month discount can stream at 1080p with no problem and call quality is great. Idk why so many people leave felix bad reviews. It is better to not have internet than to pay for this. I got unlimited because somebody was hacking my internet it is so bad that they don't even hack my internet anymore for free.

My phone was stolen and I needed to get a replacement esim. It took over a week for them to respond and I still haven’t received my esim. Mobile and data is very slow so I recommend not using them

Terrible service, live chat and phone keep sending me round in circles. I’ve been weeks without a phone, because the number won’t transfer to my new phone. They are totally unhelpful seem to expect me to talk to bots.

retailer no Woolworth or Coles or JB Wifi. The bet is The Woolies manager said she never heard of them. All i want to is pick up 2 sim cards and try out their network on unlimited plan. IMPOSSIBLE. DO NOT USE!!! Such a horrendous, frustrating experience. HOURS AND HOURS trying to reconnect after having old phone stolen. Their app is ATROCIOUS. Possibly designed by brain-dead chipmunks. NOTHING WORKS. Endless loops. Install, clear cache, reinstall. Still NOTHING. The SECOND I am reconnected I am LEAVING felix mobile for a different service. How is this company even functioning? They need to be shut down immediately.

I spent two days on trying to get an Esim from this company, I rang them as I did not understand how they worked. The questions were intrusive, at one stage I was asked for my password for my email, in the end I told them to delete my information and cancel my request. I noticed funds were taken from my bank account, I had to call & get it back. Do not trust this company

AVOID FELIX Internet speed is ridiculously slow. Continual lagging during downloads. Despite being connected to the internet, I receive ongoing error messages: "check your Internet connection", "not connected to the internet". Customer service is appalling: no phone contact, only a chat bot which delays connecting you to human chat. Human chat is a series of cut and paste texts. AVOID!

Terribly slow connection! I was told my internet would be fast but I haven’t even been able to open any internet tabs since porting over to Felix! Let alone use personal hotspot to watch Netflix etc. when I tried to get help, no one would answer except a bot that didn’t understand what I was asking. No happy.

Fast forward a year and some months, me being forgetful, I signed up to this poor excuse for a provider, and as usual it went smoothly until the payment was taken, after that, the same issue arose. They said my number would be ported and connected within 2 hours and I received sim activation instruction, however, the same thing happened once again. I used a link to download the app and create an account, and it would not let me and I tried the email address I provided them with to log in it wouldn’t let me. Now it is about 24 hours past the promised connection time and I am unable to get support. I messaged them via chat, many times and tried emailing to no avail. Absolute rubbish, you get what you pay for. The service just suddenly disconnects in brisbane cbd, can't connect and then wait over an hour to get help through a lousy chat service.

Fair enough — I complied without issue. The problem was what happened afterward. Even after successfully verifying my ID, Felix was in no hurry to remove the restrictions on my calls and data.

I explained multiple times over several days why restoring service was urgent, but nothing was resolved. Nine days later, barring was still active.

In 2026, this process feels incredibly outdated. Another reviewer mentioned nearly losing their job because of the same issue, and I can absolutely believe it. In my case, I couldn’t receive important 2FA codes or critical messages. Being disconnected for nine days in today’s digital world is completely unacceptable.

If this had happened with a provider that has physical stores, like Telstra, it likely would have been resolved within an hour.

What disappointed me most was the apparent lack of urgency or care from customer support throughout the ordeal. I’ve since left Felix and moved to another provider. Unfortunately, this experience was a complete deal breaker for me.

You really do get what you pay for. A bargain almost always has a catch, even when everything seems great, and the catch here is customer service agents who respond like robots instead of thinking critically about the situation.

For a long time I believed Felix was awesome, and in some respects I guess that still holds true. But saving $10 a month compared to another provider simply isn’t worth an ordeal like this.

Excellent value, using as NBN replacement for a fraction of the price Combine the $40 unlimited felix plan with a cheap pocket wifi router and this is effectively a home internet replacement. Even with the maximum speed cap it's not really noticeable, and $40 is a bargain compared to any NBN plan
