Long shipping decent product – Took many months to come, thought it may never arrive. The ring squeaks sometimes when spinning, it’s not very smooth. Ring was slightly scratched. Looks cool, accurate sizing, inside of ring is smooth, nice. Good for its price, if you’re willing to wait a long time for it to arrive.

SCAM ALERT! – Helloooo! They use a gmail account! That should be your first alert. You have to wait a long time because they wait for the orders to build up, then they put in a bulk order through Alibaba.com. Replies are automated. No customer service. They rake in the dollars. They did the same scam with fidget cubes. Registered Name is WINGLESS PILOT PTY LTD trading as Fidget Cube, Fidget Spinner and Reef Bed.

Great to work with! – Took a while to receive our goods but can understand due to the high demand! They were quick to reply to my emails and were easy to work with.

Order has arrived! Solid Fidget Spinner – Gave them the benefit of the doubt, it's clear that they were overwhelmed by the fidgetting craze. My little boy is happily spinning with his new fidget spinner.

This is great! – I ordered alot of rare and rainbow ones and it was expensive, but worth it. They sent me an email sayig it will come in 3 to 5 business days, but it didnt come. I looked at reviews and thought I had been robbed of more than seventy dollars. But no, at least a month later I received them and I am very happy!

emailed company directly. They responded promptly and gave me a refund. So happy with one spinner and their service in the end.

I think you need to be really patient as they seem to have a huge backlog.

Scammers – Yep have emailed them and kept replying order on way within 5 working days then 10days and 2 months later still nothing. Total scam asked for money back no reply will be going to bank and also report to police.

Don't buy from this company, you will get burnt – Don't buy from this company, you will get burnt. Ordered, nothing in any form of communication other than billing me. Multiply email to them and no reply. Sent an email to management no reply. So after roughly five weeks i requested a refund via paypal.

My opinion has slightly improved – My order has finally arrived, after I escalated my complaint through PayPal. There was still no communication from the company, but the order has arrived, and the product seems fine. The order took about 10 weeks to arrive.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE – Has taken 8 weeks for the product to arrive and only arrived after I got my bank involved to get my money back!! Will not respond to emails.

Took 4 weeks to get here and is low quality – I had to email once to get them to ship it and it took four weeks to get here. I have had it for less than a day and the paint is already chipping off, and it's not at all quiet. Buy from somewhere else.

Would rate 0 stars if possible – Ordered a spinner about 3 months ago and only just got it today. But as soon as I spun it the spinner snapped and broke. Not worth the 3 month wait for it to just break. Don't buy from this website.

Avoid at all costs most unaustralian company ever – Total RIP OFF. I went through paypal to get a resolution. NO response from these people whatsoever, only sent items after pay pal got involved. received them today, and instead of 4 spinners and 4 cubes, we received 3 cubes, 5 spinners and the second yellow spinner does NOT spin.

These people hide behind a computer screen and will NOT directly address all the emails and queries sent to them, my only bright side is that I used pay pal and had some leverage that way.

For those few who have had positive dealings with them, they were lucky, but please read all the other comments...1 star is not low enough.

DON'T give these dishonest (in my opinion) people/company any more money.. Do not buy from WINGLESS PILOT/FIDGET SPINNERS AUSTRALIA, I've seen better spinners at THINGS for $4.Totally rubbish products, even the 4 spinners we have that spin, do not spin as well as the shop cheapies we picked up.

330 plus terrible reviews should be warning enough to all others who have not yet handed over your money to this con company.

I finally got it – After sending 10 emails asking where my fidget spinners where 3 months later they arrived, but that's not the only bad thing i ordered a mist plastic one and the colours were way off.

shipping email and was ignored after that, I had to escalate via PayPal to get my items sent after 2 months of waiting I'm disappointed with what we received, the website says they are quiet and they are not, do not buy from this company or the new one they have changed too!

Where is it – I can only assume they took everyone's cash and went on holidays. Its been 4mths since order. Only get automated replies. I've kissed the cash goodbye.

Beware! – Pathetic!! It shouldn't take 3 months for a product that is available everywhere. Purchase only arrived after I issued a refund request through PayPal.

Scam Website – Order placed 2 months ago. Several emails sent. Only get automated response saying they've just received stock and order will be dispatched, others saying will receive in 10 business days and then others saying 14 business days. I emailed asking for refund and for contact number. No response. Definitely fraudulent. Reporting to police.

Don't buy! LONG wait! – Ordered 2 spinners on the 24th of May. Received one of them on the 3rd of July and the other on the 10th of July. How and why, when I paid for them at the same time?? Also they don't respond to your emails....

Don't bother with fidget spinners – Ordered 2 fidget spinners on 13th of may and still nothing, no reply to my 4 emails I've sent them, no matter how popular these stupid things are it shouldn't take 2 months for nothing to come, don't even bother buying from that website.

Seek A Refund Through Your Financial Intermediary – After waiting for 6 weeks for my fidget spinners and receiving contradictory email messages about the status of my order I decided to seek a refund. I had paid for the purchase with a (bank) credit card and so I requested that my bank seek a refund. After some investigation the bank resolved the issue in my favour, refunding the payment in full.

Ordered 7 weeks ago and still nothing! – Complete scam - do not buy from this store. 7 weeks and still waiting for my order. I have sent several emails and get an automated response each time saying the shipment is on the way. I want a refund but there is no response from this store. Do not buy from here!!!

Fidget Spinner – Absolutely appalled!!! Ordered the spinner in end of May received it yesterday 6/7/17 this is unacceptable!! I threatened to report them to Fair Trading and within 5 days it arrives!! I should not have to threaten to receive what I have paid for. Never buying anything again from them and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking peoples money and not sending items until 7-8 weeks later!!!

Absolute pile of garbage – Shipping took AGES. Took a month and a half to get to me rather than the "7-14 business days". The cubes are pretty bad quality knockoffs. The spinner only has a single click that sometimes works on one of the cubes, the spinner doesn't even click at all on the other cube. The 'Glide' Joystick is different heights on both cubes and doesn't really glide so much as just tilt.

The worry stone indent is far too deep to be able to rub easily.

Even the shades of blue are different between both cubes.

No delivery – Have been waiting 3 months now for my delivery sent 3 emails saying they have been shipped each stating different delivery times. Have asked for a refund but get no response. Am reporting them to the fraud activity department with the police.

Not a scam after all – Despite my previous review and thinking Fidget Australia was a scam - well we finally received the product in the mail this week, despite the order being made 8 May 2017. So not a scam, just incompetent or inefficient or both

Scam – We ordered in april still no product automated reply to all my emails have requested a refund on 2 occasions as they obviously cannot fulfill order no communication, no refund, no fidget's

No products! No service! – Like everyone else we are still waiting for our Fidget Spinners. Received an email saying they have been dispatched on June 2 but they have stilton arrived. Australia post confirmed that they should definitely be here by now. One disappointed son & one very unhappy customer who would not even rate them 1 star if that was possible!
