my problem is for the last few weeks, the start button doesn't work and i end up opening, shutting the door pushing the start button about 20 times, sometimes less, until the lights all come on and it works perfectly. no fault numbers are showing. trays are all pushed in properly and nothing is in the doors way hindering it from closing properly.
Hi Lynette, my new Fisher & Paykel dishwasher has not been the best choice I've made. I read all user directions and it says to push the start button and then continue to do the rest. I push the start button and it doesn't respond unless I hold my finger on it a bit longer and then it comes on. This was not written in the instructions. Fisher & Paykel is not nearly as good as we're all lead to believe. Hoping this is your problem too, otherwise good luck in getting help from them. Cheers Denise
tried that on my wash last night and it worked first go. Thanks for the tip.
The lower spray arm hits the back of the dishwasher and has done since new. It stops the arm from turning and the result is unwashed dishes.
Worst dishwasher money can buy It’s small racks are awkward to pack Just a joke
Similar to some other reviewers we have a FCO error indicating a motor error not that long after warranty expired. Any comments on what the final result was after their error? Minor problem? Replaced the motore? Replaced the dishwasher completely? thanks

I just bought it and I usually look at product review however I was researching so many - I didn't! I hate it. Such a bad design. Not trying. Just hopped on the net to work how how to raise the top basket as the dinner plates don't fit on bottom. I am incredibly disappointed
The top rack is height adjustable - there are two rows of wheels on the top rack so lift it up so that the bottom wheels run along the track (the clips at the end of the tracks swing out). I thought the bottom was too small for my standard plates and have just discovered this last night!
