Damaged Goods – We received this fridge via delivery from The Good Guys as part of a Kitchen renovation and to up grade an old fridge for my elderly In-laws home. obvious damage. I sent an email 2 days ago with no response so I called F&P and was told the parts are still coming (with no way of checking) and that I should wait for a call from the Tech in the near future? I NEED AN ETA!!!

To summerise, This is not a cheap fridge and this was bought by pensioner's. The fridge is part of a full Kitchen renovation and this is the only thing they cannot use.

The customer service levels here need to be improved.

Reliable and the most quiet fridge – The F&P fridge has a very smart temperature stabilizing system, and it's almost not there at all., so very quiet. The shelves are adjustable and very practical to suit all types of users. Stylish yet practical! – Love this fridge. The French Door makes it easy to access the food and drinks, fits everything in so well due to the well laid out shelving including the door shelving and the tubs in the freezer. BIg fridge with almost nothing inside – This is OK for a large volume fridge, but it has practically nothing inside. The main storage area in the freezer is a large bin (with 2 small drawers above that), so you'll be digging through the large bin looking for frozen food. Very cheap and messy solution. surely F&P could have afforded to include fitted egg trays? I paid a premium for the F&P brand over other fridges, but definitely got less.

COMPRESSURE REPLACED AFTER 6 MTHS....??? How long with it last? – Reviews reported this was the best I could buy and the service man who replaced the compressor after 6mths said the same. draws in the freeze of the new fridge rattle and have to be fiddled with constantly to stop the noise - don't know how that will be in say 5 to 10 years time.

There is rust appearing on top of the fridge - ALREADY!!! - even though I dust the top - so will it rust through in time?

So the 'stainless steel' fridge is definitely NOT rust proof!!! So perhaps the while veneer would have been a better choice.

Good but could be better – Considering the fridge looks good and all the styleofitissmall inside and does not fit everything in it the right way. Excellent fridge – Seems to maintain a very consistent temperature inside the fridge, including the door where I keep my milk and it seems to stay fresh much longer than my last fridge. The layout of the fridge and freezer is great and versatile with how you can set up the compartments. Good fridge – We bought this fridge in Jan 2017, so about 1.5 years. It hasn’t had any problems as yet so has been good. Only issue is the freezer door is abut if a pain after a while as I prefer doors after having this one. overall a good fridge. The two doors at top for fridge are easy to use. needs to be constantly wiped or finger marks do show! The surface also scratches super easily from magnets! So be careful!

Fairely good. Does the job and is generally awesome – Yes, it does normally maintain a good temperature without issues and most times. The fridge is normally mediocre (loudness) but there are times where it becomes very loud. The fridge is fairely easy to clean, making general life a lot easier. Never Ever Buy One!!! – The replacement we got because of the totally rotten first one is just as bad with the vege trays filling with water and all totally rotten within days. They are so bad I cannot lift them out as they are just soooo soft, soggy, stinking and wet. to clean. Each tray is lined with expensive Kitchen Warehouse tray liner and it did noting but hide all the brown water in the tray. I am still throwing out expensive veges with nothing from a Fisher and Paykel. We haven’t had it long and now one of the doors won’t close unless we push it hard. The only reason I finally got a new horrible fridge after them coming out and blaming me several times was contacting the ACCC who knew what garbage the fridge is and fought for me and a new one came. Just as bad.

Excellent quality and user friendly – This fantastic French fridge is a must-have for every household. Despite its price tag, the quality has been very good as it maintains consistent cold temperature all the time and it is able to maintain any heavy items in its robust and strong shelves. Good in design but sounds bad – Is it good in design very luxurious design however it sounds very terrible whenever i opened the firgde door. Worth the money – My experience generally with fisher and paykel fridges have always been good. Other then the odd noise the freezer makes or a motor noise when in summer time, it has always chilled and frozen my food and drinks to perfecfion. Interior is solidly built and well designed for versatile storage – Maintains a good temperature in all compartments and is quiet enough not to really notice the motor working every now and then. The interior is easy to clean with good, solid and robust shelving at an easy level for access. Great lighting - can see everything! piping at the back of the fridge, which seemed to have helped with the noise. Overall I think the noise is to be expected due to large size of the fridge. Also, 614L is probably just a bit too large for my household - would have been happy with the next size down, but nevertheless very happy with the purchase. Great for dinner parties/entertaining as everything fits in perfectly and fridge never looks jam-packed.

Great family fridge – Cant fault it - good space in both fridge and freezer, compartments work well and the layout is intuitive. The alarm is a bit annoying but can be switched off.
