My question was do handles get hot on the Fissler pots on a gas stove. The reply I received was “No”. I would like to know why/how they do not heat up as many pots with stainless steel handles do get hot. An explanation would have been appreciated. Jayne .

I'm currently on the search to update all of my cookware as we are changing to induction. I'm keen on Fissler; the five piece set with the handles each side of the pot and the one small saucepan with the conventional long, side handle. I asked the same question about the handles heating up and I was told by the agent that they don't because they are hollow. Cheers Julie
