Aqua Aerobics setting ?
I am loving this fitbit versa 2, purchased December 2020, however my main fitness group is Aqua fitness (Aerobics), there is nothing in the list that matches this. I used the workout setting, but I am unsure of the accuracy of this.
Anyway it would be nice for an update to add in Aqua fitness.

Life span 12 months
Bought this watch to track my fitness and mainly because it was wanter proof to 50 mtrs...
Worked for just over 12 months... won't turn on or charge anymore so if you are thinking of buying this watch to use in water, think again.
Purchased in October 2019 at Myer for A$350.00.

Fantastic - but paid premium after purchasing a product???
First off, the watch itself is fantastic. Its a perfect entry level watch for anyone that doesn't want to pay the premium for Samsung gear or apple watches. My biggest grip with the aforementioned is the battery life. And the versa 2 absolutely smashes it, I get between 4-5 days use out of a single charge, exactly what I want out of a wearable. I think its silly to spend $400+ for a wearable that has to be taken off every single day to charge it.
It has all the features you ultimately need in a smart watch - notifications for messages and pho...Read more
ne calls, vibrating alarms, quick weather app and all the health fitness tracking goodness you could need, minus GPS. The screen isnt fantastic but thats fine, its a watch not a phone, as long as its legible then it doesnt really matter in my opinion. The bands are great, and whats really cool is fitbit provides both a small and a large band, Being smack bang in the middle this means I have two bands to use before I need to purchase another one. The downside is the build quality seems iffy, a hole for the buckle already has a crack in it and whats worse is its a hole I have never used. Keeping in mind I have owned this watch for about 2 weeks now, it seems a bit quick to start deteriorating already. The way the bands click in is a bit weird and feels a touch flimsy so if you are a fan of changing out bands this may be an issue for you, but after the first install I havent taken them off and it hasnt been an issue. The spotify app only works as a remote control, which for me is perfectly fine, but others have been disappointed you cant go through and choose songs. As I have said from the get go, this watch really brings it back to earth, I am not into watches that can do everything a phone can do, its a watch, I want a watch with a few extra features like notifications so I dont miss when someone calls me and my phone is facing down on my desk or in my pocket where I cant feel the vibration. Lastly this watch does have a contactless payment feature, however I have not used it, being another third party I am not sure how their practices are as far as storing credit card details so I think I will old off for now. Now for the big fat steaming pile of crap that Fitbit has dumped on top of this product. Something that not only confuses me but also downright annoys me off. A premium, subscription service. The last thing any person wants to do after spending $200+ on a product, is have to pay for a subscription fee on top of that, absolutely bonkers. Now I will say that you dont really need it especially if you arent interested in the fitness side of things but it is just straight out frustrating to spend $250 on a product that doesn't get the full offering from the company. What is even more insulting is you get a basic 30 day trial. If fitbit really wants to play it this way, they should at bare minimum provide 6 months free for entry level products and 12-24 months free for the premium Versa or Sense watch lines. Until this changes Its only getting 3 stars from me, the subscription service annoys me off that much I am taking 2 stars off because aside from that, its a damn near perfect entry level smart watch with all the features you need and none of the extras you dont need.Purchased in November 2020 at JB Hi-Fi for A$249.00.

Fitbit versa2. Sleek design. Useful to me.
I give it a 7 or 3 1/2 star.
What I do like: It is a good looking watch to me. I wear it everyday and growing to like its usefulness. I track my steps ( not 100% sure if it is accurately counting though as one day we drove to Sydney and it congratulated me with 10k steps duh..). I use the heart rate monitor, look at the statistics they send you 1xpw, use the msg fwd on the app, paywave and Alexa. I am no fitness super hero and haven't used the different programs that are available as most of the features require you to pay for premium members...Read more

Found it a bit funny at first. Had to go to premium ,to get it to work ,very well ,think it’s a bit of a bummer to pay $14.99 a month ,anyway it’s free for 3 months ,but I think it’s worth it .Spotify music is great .

Disappointed
It has been a painful process getting this watch setup and I still can't download any watch faces or apps. I've done all the processes outlined in the support sites with no result.

The worse costumer support , the product must be a joke
I got really strange data from my Versa 2 . Siting on the couch 131 heart beat . I am a musician and can fill the tempo quite accurate . I found a pulse around 70-75 . I had similar experience driving the car and siting at my desk . Funny part , the data from the app was different from the screen of the watch . Anyway , I choose to keep it longer . One day I was on my rowing machine , pushing super hard , and I saw this heart beat of 31 . I don't think is possible even when you are sleeping , and definitely not when you doing your cardio . I to...Read more
ok a picture of it . The next day I took my watch off during my kettlebell workout ,and put it on a carton box . Was surprising to see that my box had a heart beat according to my watch . I started a video , and extra funny , the watch even found changes in the heart beat .14.10 I called Fitbbit support . Explained the problem , send pictures and video . Been promised to get a call from the technical team . Week later nothing . Calling again to ask about the case . Different person , I need to start explaining from scratch . The new person acting like there is no connection between him and the previous . I got another promise , will be contacted whit update . Nothing . Few days later calling again . New guy , the same dance again . Every time standing between 40 to 60 minutes on the phone . Finally this guy understands my problem .Brand new watch whit malfunction . He starts procedure for replacement . Promised me to take 5 to 7 days .Promised me to send the replacement from the Australian warehouse , not from China . They received the watch at 02.11 ... Waiting for the replacement ,but nothing ... 9 days later calling again ... A new person ...Asking about my watch. She confirms they got mine on 02.11 . But surprise , they didn't even start whit the sending the other one . Asking why ? She is explaining me , they need 5 to 7 days to " check my package " .She is starting the procedure ... Asking her how long will take , another 5 to 7 days . It will drive from China warehouse . Telling her what her colleague promised . She is acting ,like there is no any connection between them . Extremely arrogant tone , interrupting me again and again . Horrible experience . Already very disappointed ,asking her could someone check the previous conversations and to find why I got fake promises . She promised to be done .Never get back from them . Nothing to do , waiting for the watch . Today is 17.11 evening , still nothing . No watch ,no feedback . I'm so tired to call there . From 16.08 until today I don't really have a watch , even paid almost 300 dollars for it . And this is under premium subscription . Just wondering what is the standers one ? Stay away from Fitbit .Get Garmin may be . Anything else ...Purchased in August 2020.

Love the Fitbit Versa 2.
I had a Fitbit charge 3 and compared to that, the Versa 2 is excellent. So many more features and tracking capabilities. I have my music on it, Alexa and many more features. Would recommend this to anyone, looks great and have had no problems with it. Received it in August for my birthday.

Fit bit versa 2 Good but bad too
Doesn't do sleeping heart rate like my Alta did, you have to pay a monthly fee Of $14.99 AU a month I think that stinks and is rude of them they now make you pay for it especially that price, how ever it does do daytime heart rate.
I do like that you can pay for items at the shops with your watch but at times it has let me down with a spiralling cog so have had to go and get card

Swimming lap function gone
This is my third fitbit watch (Blaze, Versa) and was terribly disappointed to find the Versa 2 no longer displays swim laps in real time on the watch like the previous examples, if you are looking for a waterproof stopwatch buy Versa 2, if your looking for a smart fitness tracker buy another brand.

Don't waste money on it.
Notifications always drop. Most of the time the app can't access to the wallet. Fitbit pay doesn't work sometimes. It's a inferior product but still cost you at least $259. If you are little serious about smart watch, don't buy it.

Not good for swimmers
I had a versa 1, which I bought specifically to measure swimming laps Then within warranty it broke. The shop replaced it with a Versa 2 . But the versa 2 Does not measure laps. Why Could the versa 1 measure laps and this”upgraded” version not? I don’t need it to tell me how long I’ve been swimming I could look at the clock, I WANT IT TO MEASURE LAPS

Love it! And I normally hate watches
I am quite surprised how much I love the Fitbit versa. It’s easy to use, clock face can be altered to suit the occasion. Covers all the things I need (even the girly stuff) and it’s not too complicated that I need to phone a friend just to adjust a setting.
Works really well with my iPhone and when I upgraded phones the change over was easy as anything.
The thing I love the most though is the battery life! It seems to last forever which is great because I always forget I need to charge it

Fantastic quality for a budget price.
Love it, I had a Fitbit Alta for at least 3 years before this. Only upgraded because I wanted a waterproof tracker and also the battery was starting to go on my older one. Great prices everywhere. The screen does go off and start timers and breathing exercises when I’m showering sometimes but most likely because you are supposed to start a swimming workout on the screen or something before using it continuously in water. No major issues, love it.

Constant syncing
Upgraded from my old Fitbit Charge 2 to the Versa 2. Though it has the larger face and colourful, there are some positives and negatives for me. The positives include the larger face, nice being colourful, has quite a few apps, as per usual - steps/bpm/goals etc. these can be added and adjusted to your personal requirements. Even though the Versa comes with the ability of using pay wave, this is something I personally don’t use. Other features include weather, exercise, alarm, Spotify apps, again, can be tailored to your needs. It does what is ...Read more
required. It’s fun and does motivate oneself. My negative, having the features of weather or Alexa, which is slow, you need to sync everyday. Without constant syncing, these apps are dormant and if using you do need to be connected to the internet but also have your phone nearby for these apps to work. For the price, I expected less inconvenience. A bonus in the limited package, is the woven wrist strap. For myself, this is an advantage as the rubber band would irritate my skin.Purchased in April 2020 at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores for A$299.00.

Absolute Rubbish!
My wife bought my Versa 2 at Noel Leemings about two months ago. I don't own a smart phone and we were assure the Windows 10 app would be fine.
The install was not simple, the Versa 2 doesn't always sync, and for about a week I have been unable to change clock faces. The Versa 2 also doesn't always record sleep correctly.
Now the watch is showing "clock error" and telling me to go to the "mobile app and select another clock face", as I don't have the mobile app, this is not helpful.
The "help" appears to run on Twitter....as I don't use Twitter, this isn't much use to me.
We paid NZD 379.00 for the Versa 2, which is simply useless. I suspect I will end up using it as a fishing sinker.
Purchased in March 2020 at Noel Leeming Physical store for A$379.00.
