crashes my drives constantly, but their fake support team - and yes you [Name Removed]- keep taking me around in circles without actually wanting to acknowledge that their product is faulty. When they eventually realised that I'm actually tech savvy, they changed tack and told me to communicate with the manufacturer. There is a reason their rating is so low everywhere - BUYER BEWARE. You're better off flushing your money down the toilet than spending it with these clowns, at least then you'll have lost the cash but won't be spending hours writing emails that they simply send canned responses to.

Easy to navigate webpage order was pocessed very quickly and received in just over a week including a public holiday. The customer service is excellent even though it was such a small item they still kept me fully informed of it's progress. Very fast to reply to any queries you may have. Also the reader itself is excellent very impressed with the quality and speed.

of time going onto different browsers to try again. A pop up note telling customers about the update or telling them when the system would be available again would have been appreciated.

The next day I received an email to request that I reorder so I did and because I wasn’t eligible for the first order free post I contacted customer service. To your credit I received a prompt email to advise me that my order (from the night before) had actually been successful which was a little annoying.

My order arrived promptly but the paper envelope was ripped at the top and so was the packaging the flash drive was in. It wasn’t an issue that required a return so I’m just letting you know what happened.

I’m always happy to support an Aussie non franchise business so I will definitely order from Flash Trend again.

Sandisk 1TB USB-A+C Flash Drive – I copied 755GB (3/4 full) onto this drive successfully… took a few hours and got quite hot doing so… but a genuine 1TB drive, the one and only I believe. Anything larger is a scam! Thanks for a genuine small 1TB USB drive! Show details

AVOID - Bait and Switch Tactics Ordered a high-spec ZBook with Intel U9-285H, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, RTX500Ada graphics. This appears to be a pattern - multiple reports of FlashTrend doing identical bait-and-switch tactics with high-spec laptops. how does BigW allow this to happen on thier platform? I bought the ASUS 12vhpwr cable from what I thought was a NZ company as it has a "co.nz" website. It came about 3-4 weeks later. use a serrated steak knife to sever the connections sufficiently so they would go in. Even when I finally managed to get it inserted and it ran, I also noticed the wiring was dodgy - It wasn't the typical 7 wires going into 7 end connections, 7 wires went into 6. Suffice to say I finally got a Corsair brand from Amazon.com.au. That took less time to get to me and correctly manufactured. Stay away from this cable.

I paid for a product and they didn't have it in stock. They sent me a message to ask whether I would like an alternative product sent. I wrote back that I didn't and that I would like to cancel my order. They then went and sent me a much inferior product anyway. This is very irritating and it means I either am stuck with the inferior product or I have to go through all the hassle of sending it back.

We bought an iPad case with a keyboard. It was temperamental from the beginning but we had to persist as it was for my son for school and by the time it was received school had commenced. quick fix before school went back. It has not been a quick fix. It's taken a month of back-and-forth emails to get to return stage. They said they sent a return label for me to return it but it's not a return label and I will have to be further out of pocket in order to obtain a refund. I had to buy another case to protect the iPad just so I can send it back. Not impressed. Would not recommend buying from Flash Trend. Faulty item and poor after sales service.

Flashtrend - AVOID! - no after sales service what-so-ever – Company shipped a HDD in a couple of thin layers of bubble wrap, inside a soft plastic film envelope, HDD failed within days of receipt - Flashtrend did everything they could to avoid replacing or repair, placing blame and responsibility back on me saying that it wasn't DOA and that there is damage to the drive and it's not their problem. contacting Western Digital (WD), they have been amazing and have replaced the drive as DOA.

Do yourself a favour - avoid using Flashtrend and pay the extra couple of dollars you're saving on their website and buy local to save yourself a whole lot of time and anguish.

Sold a faulty product and responded oddly – I bought a screen protector and it arrived really quick. Good price and it applied well. But it's not wide enough for the model of phone it's meant to be for and despite being advertised otherwise it does in fact interfere with the finger print scanner. I never said it wasn't genuine or not brand new. I never implied anything of the sorts. I certainly think now it may not be genuine or brand new but I didn't before.

Edit: Guess they're never sending a refund but I'm getting spam SMS and emails I never signed up for.

No Accountability for Faulty Products - AVOID – You may read positive reviews - but be warned if you are one of the unlucky ones to receive a faulty product. They ship a Purple WD HDD in loose bubble wrap, not even in OEM packaging - then take no accountability whatsoever when the product fails within a week. faulty product. This was a $300 HHD. Please avoid these guys. I am still fighting this issue and want to try and prevent others being in this same, unfortunate situation.

delivery company. 3 weeks have passed since the bungled delivery and in that time I needed to order the same item from a different company and pay for express postage ready for a technician attending to install security. I've reached out again recently a couple of times to flash trend but received no response. Update: I ended phoning Flash Trend after email support stopped responding and following a few conversations ended up receiving a refund. Unfortunately the whole process took several weeks and hours of my time.

goods. No show. I check the courier tracker - gives no details but said it could be 48 hrs behind. This morning I go chasing and discovered the goods haven't even been provided to the courier, and that of the 5 items that were meant to be dispatched, they only had 1. Needless to say, we cancelled the order but had a costly impact on our business, way beyond the value of the items ordered. Hopefully getting the refund will be more straightforward.

protect switch was set. Requested a refund or replacement. Was asked to return. They told me the write protect switch was set to protected and that they were sending the card back. I replied to them to the effect I had already checked that and were they sure that was the problem - No answer other than 4 days later I get an email with the tracking number. Get the card back and as expected it still has the same problem. I would buy storage and tech from red dot before I would ever buy from these guys again.
