separate occasions they have come to repair and its still faulty. They Insist that it's not under warranty even though it is a 15 year warranty. That's very dishonest behaviour.

Refused to talk about helping us until we removed the poor reviews as they don't want the truth to be told.

First they blamed our moping, but I bought the exact machine they recommended, to clean the floors.

So they blamed the wheelchair. That's right our wheelchair

product was suitable for wheelchairs and was told it was. Now they are saying that the issues with the flooring is due to water damage which is not true and in the times they came out this was never mentioned. The scotia does not get wet so how can this be the cause of it coming away from the wall. I've had them come to repair issues including scratched planks. They advised the scratched planks would be replaced but a few days after they left I noticed that they just layed the scratched planks in a different location. I've had issues with jumpy floor after installation. As soon as it was installed I told them the scotia didn't match the floor. Wasn't interested in helping. They just keep wanting to come repair the trash job which is not good enough. I shouldn't be having ongoing issues. Never had an issue with any other flooring company.

Avoid if you can – While FloorVenue provides a good range of products and helpful product advice, there was no onsite supervisor for the works and their poor workmanship led to multiple defects. finish because the old colour doesn't match, the new gap sealant applied over the top cracked where it could not adhere to the old material. The team also did not leave sufficient expansion gap leading to board separation. Finally they did not properly apply adhesive to the edge trims which have lifted off.

Since payment (which they demand 90% before commencement) their communication has severely declined.

Wall panels from Floor Venue – We installed acoustic wall panels above our kitchen cupboards, having decided against plaster board. We were looking for a product that would be both a feature wall and improve the sound absorption in our kitchen/dining room. The quote was prompt, including delivery of samples to confirm our initial choice. The installation occurred on time and the completed job fully met our expectations.

They blamed our 'unusual stair structure,' which they never mentioned during the initial inspection or early stages of the project. It was only after we complained about the angled stairs that they brought this up.

You guys shouldn't ask us to pay extra to fix your mistakes. It's unfair. If you had mentioned it during the inspection, we would have been happy to pay extra to ensure the job was done correctly, as it's meant to last a lifetime.

4. Flooring Patterns and details: The flooring patterns are not designed nicely, as shown in the photo and we had to ask them to come over to fix the wrong colours and holes.

5. Delays: The project was delayed for over a month. We chose FloorVenue because they assured us of timely completion, but they were significantly delayed due to incorrect inspection and insufficient installers. Despite paying two weeks extra rent, I had to send numerous emails, messages, and calls with little success.

It's unfortunate to have to give a negative review, but this flooring process was a nightmare. We never want to deal with this again. Don't call us unlucky; this is simply unprofessional.

of patterns however it's basically the same pattern repeated based on the packet used. 5. Cuts for stairs were not done correctly as there are large gaps. It had to be filled with lots of glue to hide it. 6. Creaking in stairs a lot due to the lack of glue used. Workers had to come and rip off some of the stairs that were done by another worker as he was under pressure/by himself. 7. [Name Removed] was good and honest though she seemed too busy. We wish we had her from the start. 8. Literal glue was used to hold back self levelling concrete. This created a nice unlevelled concrete waterfall on the top stairs. 9. Non matching scotia were used. It was too different and very obvious but thankfully they were replaced.

The only good thing is that the spc flooring itself does looks nice and the workers are overall friendly

Our experience began with Eric, who visited our home to address all our concerns. One challenge we faced was that our skirting boards were not thick enough to accommodate the natural expansion of the laminate. With Eric's expertise, we opted to install white scotia (as shown in the photo), which not only resolved the issue but also enhanced the overall aesthetics of the space.

Eric's knowledge and evident passion for ensuring customer satisfaction stood out to me. I never felt pressured to choose FloorVenue over other options; it was clear they were dedicated to doing a great job rather than simply securing business.

For those who prefer not to remove existing skirting boards, installing scotia proved to be an excellent alternative. Painting the scotia afterward was relatively straightforward and complemented the room perfectly.
