Can't stop staring at the floorboards! – On FbN's recommendation we paid a little bit extra to have re-milled jarrah boards installed in the new section of our house to match the original 1930's jarrah boards in the existing house. The result is stunning and now I feel like that bloke on the Colorbond ad who keeps staring at his roof only I keep staring at the floorboards. A fabulous job done swiftly – The guys were prompt and efficient doing a beautiful job. The place was left clean and shining and the work finished will ahead of the anticipated timeline.

Gave our builder the wrong board, and now will not make good – We asked our builder for a particular type of engineered wood in the FBN store, but FBN gave us a panel that has a different name and look. Now they're trying to tell us that the one they gave us has two names - one (which is written nowhere on this panel) being the same as the one we wanted. These guys have handled this situation, and their part in this error, very unprofessionally, so be aware of this when dealing with them.

Bit of a joke but you guys have a lot to answer for - now frightened of cooking anything in the kitc – Really straightforward resand, seal and 2 coats - about 95 sqm. No problems, seamless. We went fishing for 10 days, trades moved in early and all completed in 4 days I believe. No problems with paint smell on our return. it would be, but a much better look. The jarrah inlays in the QLD Blackbut are vibrant - I did not think they could be brought back to life!! Some had faded very badly. Would employ Floors by Nature again. Had to put in some work re dust but no complaints, believe it cannot be totally eliminated by trades. Lastly, amazing how faded/rug darkened/sun bleached etc surfaces all came back to the same new colour shade. A couple of areas that had floor coverings are now bare timber - looks 100%. Rgds.

access to upstairs is by a spiral staircase, so we didn't want the hassle of moving furniture, kings size bed, large desks etc. out of the way downstairs. Floors by Nature (FbN) agreed to do the job in two stages so that we could move the furniture around as needed. We were highly impressed by the speed and quality of work that the FbN team demonstrated. They were respectful of our house, responsive to our queries, and helpful in moving things around when we needed assistance. And above all, their workmanship was outstanding. The new wooden floor looks amazing. I've actually made time to write a review about it!!

installation date. The installers did a great job and left the floor very clean. We love the Spotted Gum Engineered timber and would recommend it to anyone who is considering engineered timber to raw boards. We didn't want the mess and the wait. The boards went down and within a few hours we were walking on them and they looked amazing. I took pictures and sent them to all my friends who were amazed at how good the floor looked. The installation was very fast too it only took about 2 days plus floor prep time. I would highly recommend FBN to anyone looking to buy a timber floor. Their product is great and the price is competitive. Do go in and see David or Martin they are doing a great job. Thanks FBN you've transformed our living space. at one end and although two staff have come out to view them and confirm they have not warped, but would have been laid like that, Floors by Nature have not offered to replace them, they just advised me that they should be ok. I then emailled the company in October to check if i would be covered under warranty if these lifted boards get chipped or damaged and the company has not replied. Very disappointing, especially after the staff confirmed they were laid like that. I have spare boards but would have expected confirmation that Floors by Nature would cover the labour cost if these two boards ever do need to be removed and replaced with my spares.

I Love It !!! – I recently had Floors by Nature install a beautiful jarrah floor in my home. My floor looks fantastic and I am really happy with how it came out and the service that I received. The new owners were honest, polite and helpful. The installer, was on time and did a really good job. I had a positive experience with Floors By nature and would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible installation and lack of care – Terrible installation - anyone looking at having their floors installed by this company better be aware they do not take customers seriously if you have concerns. mail and phone) and to the Owner and at first there was no response, then after following them up again, the Owner spoke to me on the phone and basically said there was nothing he could do or would do - and that we agreed to it as per the Terms and Conditions. Yes, we may have expected some scratches at floor level to paint work and some markings - but certainly not to the level of scartches, huge long marks on walls way above floor level - the extent of damage received to the wall and door frames was unreasonable. Many trades and people that have been in the house since have been appalled. I have taken photos and will be taking this further. It is a shame as the customer service received from the showroom was good. The Owner (installer) clearly did not care and made no attempt to refticy the matter. Dont use this company!
