one of my top two sites to buy natural and plastic free products from. The range of products isn’t too bad, good range if you only have a vegan focus compared to if your looking for chemical or plastic free.

I love that they've done the hard work in searching out products for our bodies & homes that won't harm the planet. I feel joy when I recieve my orders; it's a self-care moment for me! I also give many of my gifts to loved ones from Flora & Fauna, and they're always well received. If you've come to check out whether you can trust Flora & Fauna- it's a firm yes from me, & I know from many others. The app is easy to navigate & make use of the Wishlist function, & for most items there's more than 1 variety/brand to choose from. Deliveries are prompt. A little personal note is always included in the parcel. Good quality products on offer & love that they are environmentally friendly. the box. The little personal touch may seem insignificant but to me it shows kindness. Last package one cookie came broken. I sent a picture and they couldn't reply more quickly. They addressed it, apologised and told me they were sending a new one immediately. I felt badly for their expense, tbh. Recently had an issue with a faulty product with another company and it took nearly a month to resolve with lots of hassles and practically begging to resolve. Flora & Fauna was the antithesis of the other company and shows class and commitment to excellent customer service. For this reason alone, I will continue to support your company as often as possible.

I’ve ordered from you guys twice and the shipping is fast, nicely packed and the food is super yummy!! You have well priced Loco Loves which is great because I have seen some that are a bit more expensive. The range of flavours especially for the chocolates are great. Been a loyal customer for ?6 or 7 years with F&F, from when they were operating out of a warehouse at Parramatta. I recommend shopping with Clean Beauty Market, esp now they have a store in Sydney. Much bigger offerings, excellent packaging (and still environmentally conscious), and new products on the market instead of the same tired old lily lolo etc

F&F really need to up their game, I wont be shopping with them again, after too many sub par experiences.

Disappointed – I emailed f&f about a product I was not happy with. I received no reply. I don't think they care about their customers since they were bought last year. Won't go back.

Scam return policy – I returned $56.00 worth of goods at my own expense for a refund, following the exact procedure as detailed on their website. Tracking of the parcel arrived shows it arrived 7 days ago, but they are saying the parcel cannot be found. A shocking experience I have not had with another Australian online business. I have been using Flora and Fauna for over 3 years now. The reason I stick with it is that it has such a large variety of good products that you can bundle different brands to save on postage and get rewards. individual brands I would end up spending money on postage and rewards split across multiple sites. You can also stack promotions for example the individual brand might have a 20% off promotion, then Flora and Fauna fairly regularly send 15% off promotions as part of the rewards club for regular customers, then you can use your reward points as well, so it ends up being quite worthwhile.

F&F are such a great business; they stock fantastic products and a have developed a wonderful rewards program. I’m a return customer and can’t speak more highly of their friendly customer service as well! Show reply
