Very poor quality – I ordered several shirts which looked very nice online but the goods I received were of very cheap and nasty material which crushed as soon as you touched it. The clothes look quite different and unusual on line but don't waste your money on this rubbish clothing! Show details
Poor service for return items – Buyer beware. I did not receive an invoice from flory day for a purchase. The clothes were rubbish (poor quality fabric..polyester made to look like linen online). And now I can't get a refund cos they tell me "they can't find me in their system". Be prepared to lose your money.

False Advertising - Scam – I bought a large order of dresses - all different. 90% of which were unwearable, only one was actually similar to the photo. is not real. They print the material with a blurry image instead so its only one layer. The white dresses were so see through they were unwearable. I lost money as it costs you to return the outfits. Its a scam. They steal the photos from legitimate businesses and copy the designs using inferior methods and material. Stay clear at all costs. One photo you can clearly see my hand through it. This is without a light from behind either - in sunlight it would be more see through. The last photo shows the contrast between was was advertised and what I received.
Not as pictured – I purchased a couple of dresses recently because the pictures on their site looked very nice. Unfortunately, the reality of the garments is not good. Material is very flimsy polyester, and in the case of the white dress very see through and the button detail is printed on the fabric (not real buttons). I won't buy from this company again or bother returning since they don't make it easy. Lesson learned. Show details

Scam company – A total scam I purchased what I thought was a lovely dress for £14.01 in total, including postage and packaging. numerous e-mails going backwards and forwards. Now I know that this company is based in Hong Kong but they have an office in London and a distribution centre in Birmingham and Manchester so sure must have to abide by English law but I think this company needs to be investigated at a high level. I have complained to Facebook who do a lot of advertising for this company but have heard absolutely nothing, Trading Standards have been in touch and are investigating and I have sent the information to Watch Dog and Rip off Britain. Please don’t put any purchases down to experience but take photos and measure the item. They are breaking the law if the advertised item is not the same as the one purchased. Let the people of Britain not condone rip of companies but complaining and and get them investigated.

Loving my new outfits – Very happy with the items I received great quality and great fit. All items came in a zip lock bag, well packaged. I received my order within a couple of weeks from ordering. The only thing I am a bit disappointed about is the shipping cost is a little bit steep. Other than that quite happy, I have put in another order already now that I have seen the quality and type of service they provide. Can’t wait to get them. Show details

I eventually had a reply saying they would accept them for 100% refund BUT I had to reply again to get the return address in Sydney. Eight days and another 3 emails later I'm still waiting. I then asked to return the third dress as I would prefer just to come out clean. No reply. I have now told them I will be contacting the Dept. of Consumer Affairs. Their "online chat" is offline as well - unless it only runs during our night! My mistake was in not consulting this site for the experience of others with this company which is what I usually do, as it seems to be notorious.

Cheap materials and dishonest with their refund process! – Great pictures online but in reality they use very poor quality fabrics that would not be worn comfortably nor would they last long. When you try to seek a refund they will keep you waiting through emails where they offer you a range of discounts on next order. If you don’t accept these they will deduct postage from the refund which means you lose approximately 15% of what you paid! Yet online they say they offer free refunds. Show details
Unmerchantable quality -very badly made - not fit for purpose. Very expensive postage + troublesome return process – Beautiful photos of modelled clothing - but very different in reality. Eg Hemline cut, not sewn, left shoulder width 11cm; right shoulder width 22cm; sleeve cuff edges 60mm misaligned. Buttons 1/4” misaligned with buttonholes; buttons missing, front, back+ side panels of dress fabrics different shades of colour (!) No acknowledgement of their error - why would I accept that. Refund requested 2 months fight told system maintenance refund be delayed but their system works quite fine to take your money. Australia post stepped in now getting refund via Australia Post would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE I would now after my experience say they are scammers. simply wanted my full money back. Parcel had to be taken to a parcel point locationt(at your own expense) - not a normal Post Office. Closest to me I found out, was 20kms away. Corresponding with them is impossible - I tried for 6 weeks. Had to write about 5 times chasing up my refund. Finally threatened to take the case to Paypal (wish I'd done it sooner). Finally got a refund through Paypal much less than my dress originally cost me. I gave up. I just accepted the refund and was too tired to chase it up anymore. I'm definately out of pocket. Never again will I deal with this company. Try them at your own peril.

Absolutely false advertising – Bought four items. Can't believe they even bother posting the items only to get bad reviews. Writing it off as a lesson learned. Will only buy from shops in person as I did before Covid. I had a win with PayPal and my case was closed in my favour with a full refund. Thank you PayPal for believing in me and resolving very quickly.

I rarely give bad reviews but when my dress arrived it was NOT the colour I ordered – I needed an exchange so I sent an email and all the information they requested (Packaging address, order number, picture of the dress and the wrong colour) and they said they will send an Australian address to send it back and make the exchange. for exchanges or refunds the link doesn't work. The clothes are made from very cheap and thin material, the service to correct 'THEIR OWN MISTAKES' does not exist. TBH with postage the clothes are not really any cheaper than clothes in Australia. Flory Day is a Hong Kong based company that essentially get the clothes made elsewhere in China and take no responsibility for any mistakes.
Another SCAM from China – Bought 2 items of closing on July 31st, 2021. Neither the fabric nor the size were of quality and as described. I returned them (US warehouse adress) at my own expense and I keep sending emails asking for my refund. They simply ignore me. TOTAL LOSS. When it is too good to be true, it is. Floryday is one these Chinese companies attracting customers with great prices for which you receive pieces of crap. You never get your refund! Show details
