Online orders

Wanted to order 4 pot feet @ $10 ea. went to quote shipping to Tasmania and they quoted $72! Are you kidding. It’s not a large item and you would think that auspost can be had for around $14. So i tried to make contact via email and phone. Well no response whatsoever. Would not purchase from this company if you want good customer service or support.

Do customers a favour: find a job you love

The staff at FP @ Warriwood clearly hate their jobs (are they under-paid/over-worked/unappreciated??). Whatever the problem it manifests as terrible customer service and care.
Don’t look for help because they will look the other way! Show details

What a Ripoff

Bought a Mandevilla at Ashfield yesterday, $39.99. On the way home had to go to Bunnings. Saw them there, exactly the same height, pot size for $17.99. See the photo. Greedy buggers. Show details

Bought three established sansevierias

I used the click-and-collect service to buy 3 different snake plants that were on sale from Penrith. It was a seamless process and I was thrilled with how healthy, strong and tall these plants were. I checked out the store and the range is very pleasing. I do think the prices are high overall but these were on sale and I couldn't be happier with the specimens the staff picked out for me. Definitely will buy from here again. Show details

Best place!

Flower Power in Mascot is my go-to location for anything garden related. The place is always clean and well laid out. Plenty of stock of indoor and outdoor plant varieties, pots and more. The cafe there is an added bonus and so lovely too.
The staff are really knowledgeable and always willing to share this knowledge and to offer their advice. Regular specials means there are regular opportunities to save money. They also have a members' club which is free to join and offers discounts. Show details

Nightmare

Struggling round gravel paths with a recalcitrant trolley, waiting ten minutes to ask directions while another customer reviewed his entire garden and blocked everybody. Desperate to sit down, queued for entry while a draconian vigilante allocated tables although four were empty immaculate in front of me, then $15.98 for tea and lemon tart for which I had to wait fifteen minutes. Daylight robbery! Really? $15.98? Bunnings for me in future. And parking! And then I couldn’t get out! Show details

Disapointed

I saved a flower power voucher earned from prior purchases in my wallet for my next visit, only to be told it had expired after only 3 months. That's mean.
Also, the plants are way too expensive compared to other nurseries that I've visited......so, this was my last visit to flower power. The staff were always nice though. Show details

Worst soil ever

I had their premium soil delivered. Full of broken bricks, plastic, large roots of trees.
Should have stuck with the normal garden mix at half the cost. Very disappointing for such a reputable company. Show details

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Would not go back to this store. They have no idea about problem solving and how to handle problems they have never dealt with before. Ask a manager next time.

Will not refund. Rude customer service

ACCC warranties and refunds a guide for consumers and business states that a seller may not insist that refund be issued as a store credit. Consumer is entitled to receive any refund in form of original payment. Why does Flower Power not know this, customers have rights. Flower Power products are way overpriced and plants don’t survive long. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for better quality and companies that value customer service. Disappointing. Show details

Very helpful and kind staff

I visited Flower Power on the weekend to purchase landscaping products. I found the guys there who work in that section, so kind, helpful and just nice! This is the Orchard Hills store, and I think they are blessed with great employees! Show details

Poor product quality and worse customer service

Got Flower Power in to do a garden design- paid for this service. Agreed on recommended planting plan. Also got a timber fence installed. 4 of the plants died within a month of planting. The fence has stains on it. I have been talking to someone from there who keeps promising to get fence fixed and either put in new plants or compensate me for the ones that were faulty. It has now been 9 months with no resolution. Show details

Garden Care

I am very very ill and was looking for someone reliable to help with garden maintenance. I just hope that not all clients are subjected to the really upsetting display of "attitude" that I was. Show details

I recently purchased a flowering kangaroo paw, to my surprise and disappointment it suddenly died although I had looked after it and followed the instructions on the label attached to the pot. Am I entitled to a refund or an in store voucher?

Hi there,
I bought 2 pots of lavender Avonview on 30/08/21 & left it in the pots for 2 days, spraying a bit of water over it, but I then noticed the leaves/branches & flowers started to hanging/dropping down on the 2nd day, not straight up anymore. I repot it to larger pots but it doesn't seem to help, both look like dying. What can I do?

Hi there, it sounds they have dried out too much! We'd suggest to put them in a bucket of water for a few hours and then pot them up, but best to cut them back by half as well. All the best, the Flower Power team!

Hi, thank you for the tip. I contacted Flower Power and was offered for a swap to new plants to try again.
Very happy with that :)
Many thanks!
