Great Service – I made a spelling mistake on my ticket and new it wouldn't get through customs. While on hold with Fly365, I decided to have a look at the reviews that other people had given them, my heart sank and I started to sweat. FRAUD365 - Gone Bankrupt – Used Fly 365 in Jul 17 to go to USA and also used them recently in Jul 19 to go to Singapore. Had good experiences both times, and this is evident before the liquidation as they had good reviews. has put the wind up me lol. Had I booked the Singapore flight a few months later its likely I'd have lost over $2500. The head honcho of this company has apparently bankrupted BestJet before, embezzled the money instead of handing it to the airline, then pissing off likely to South America. These guys have no shame, and I feel terrible for people who have lost thousands at the hands of these scumbags. There is a facebook group for people who have lost money.

service at fly365 and they replied reasonably promptly that the ticket would be issued the following day, which I accepted. At 10pm that night I received an email saying I was required to verify my payment by sending a screenshot of my bank statement within 10 mins of receiving the email otherwise my flight would be cancelled. Well, I actually read the email 30 mins after it was sent. By that time I had already got email saying for failing to verify the payment within 10mins my flight was canceled. To add salt to the wounds, I was advised it could take up to 14 business days to receive a refund depending on who I bank with.

Fly365 Travel – Customers of Bestjet went through this 12 months ago and set up a very effective support group on FB. Suggest you contact them for more information. People who paid via CC usually got their money back - people who paid via cash or direct debit didn’t. 23/02/2020 emailed support@fly365.com and received automatic reply 'Fly365 Pty Ltd no longer trading' 24/02/2020 contacted Qatar Airways by phone, provided every single detail to them, inc. itinerary and personal details, they successfully retrieved another reference number. I was one of the lucky ones to purchase on 01 Sep 2019 and Fly365 processed it on 08 Sep (before the tail end of liquidation). Now I've confirmed my flight.

Otherwise, I would've contacted my financial institution and would have made a travel insurance claim via my CC. Good luck everyone!
