This company really needs to 'Focus on Customer service! The store sales staff tried...the area manager however, was diabolically rude, has zero customer service skills, offered zero support, was defensive & petulant and has made me determined to never shop with this company again. The furniture for its price is not bad. Delivery and customer service above the sales floor staff is appalling. Really don't bother, not worth the stress. Show details

Mark helped us out with our new sofa purchase and was so great. The sofa we wanted wasn't on display but we were shown all the dimensions and the fabric the sofa would come in. My wife and I purchased a three peice suit from Focus on Furiture, our suit was delivered however I realised the legs were not attached and needed to be fitted. When I dropped him back to the store he told me about the 5 year insurance and care kit which I was eager to have.
