Not received my online order. The delivery status kept showing “Unable to Delivery”. A customer service won't help much, just saying not receiving the returned item. Do not order online order from this brand. Also, no refund only a credit store or exchange. Such a scam.

promptly. All my outfits arrived and I loved everything I bought. However, since then, I have lost 7 buttons off of 3 garments... They just keep falling off! For one of the shirts, each time I wear it from the very first wear, a button falls off. It's such a simple thing yet how is this happening with multiple garments. I think forecast needs to reapproach how these are attached and fix this issue as I'm starting to expect it from all my items. Material on the other hand, was surprisingly good quality. Cannot fault the items apart from the button issues.

Outstanding Service – I ordered a product from Forcast Clothing, but unfortunately, my parcel was lost by Australia Post. However, Forcast’s customer service was outstanding. anything in particular I told her I’m started a new job . She took her time picking out garments for me to try on and overall almost everything that was picked out turned out to fit beautifully. I was left feeling very happy and it was probably the best $300 I’ve spent on clothes.

Buyers beware, poor quality and returns policy – I would proceed with caution ordering online. None of their clothes I have received have been quality you would expect for their price range. The online returns policy is very poor, you have to pay shipping and returns are only for store credit. I ended up with over $100 of store credit that I was too scared to use on their clothes I had to just order belts and hair accessories to be safe.

This is ridiculous! I'm a regular online shopper at many many stores, but have never once come across anything like this. I will not be trying my luck again at Forcast.

from these two! I am very pleased with my purchase and bought another pair of pants online - but - wouldn't it be a good idea to introduce a "Petites" range? A lot of people (myself included) are under 160 cms. and it is depressing to find pants which are so long that the style is ruined if they are shortened. There are many people who would benefit from a petites range and I am sure they would sell well.

sizes yesterday, Monday (14.06.21). On the Forcast website and on Google, it states that the Carousel store closes at 5:30pm. So I immediately made my way to Carousel after work, and got to the store at 4:50pm. The doors to the store were shut with a sign "Be back in 10 minutes". That was not an issue, so I waited around for 10 minutes. At 5pm, the store attendant walks out of the store, lights were turned off and locks the door to leave for the day. I found this very unacceptable as (1) It was misleading with the "be back in 10 minutes" sign (2) It did not meet the requirements of opening hours as stated in the website and on Google. This is such a disappointment. I could have possibly walked out of the store buying a couple of items if the store was actually open, however my trip was wasted in the end.

I bought this trousers and top from Forcast, and the fitting and everything was so great i thought to myself that i will only buy stuffs from this store, i was so happy to get things that fitted me so well and just after using it twice the fabric started tearing off in between the thigh area. Just imagine the frustration i got, i mean these things are not cheap. I returned it at the Parramatta store and after heated discussion with the lady in the store i made them send it for quality inspection, and as expected they came back saying that its a wear and tear issue, tried explaining regarding the quality of the fabric but the customer service person was too adamant and kept on saying the same thing.
NEVER buying from forcast again and will urge all of you reading this never to buy from this store.

system which showed there were more in the Chatswood store. She suggested me to go to the Chatswood store, see if the blazers were all good, and I could exchange there.
On my way to the Chatswood store, I realised I forgot to use my membership card when making payment. Upon arrival, I explained a bit and asked the shop assistant at the Chatswood store if I could still have the 10% membership discount. She looked angry at me, asked why I didn’t use my card before, and said I needed to return to the previous store. I apologised and explained twice that I forgot to show my card at checkout. Then I asked how about she did a return for me and redo the transaction cause I just bought the suit a few hours ago. She was still unhappy but agreed. Up until to this point, I was totally ok with her behaviour, even she was angry at me. But what happened next was completely unacceptable.
All of sudden, my membership details could not be found in their system. So the lady said I was not eligible for the 10% member discount. I told her I used my card before, however she said everyone could get the card and even wanted to take my card back, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The suit I bought costed me over 200 dollars in total. Do I need to lie just for 10% discount, roughly 20 bucks?
I have been shopping at Forcast for years, and I joined the membership club of Forcast around 5 years ago in the World Square store (closed already). I am pretty sure it is their system or operational issue which made my membership details disappeared. I insisted on requesting her to further check for me. At first, she was reluctant to do so, but later she said she could ask her colleagues to help check tomorrow (14/05/21) as she would not work tomorrow. After I left the counter, I heard she had a small talk behind me with someone else on the phone. She intentionally lowered her voice cause I was nearby, which made the case even worse.
As a member of Forcast, I am eligible for whatever the members shall be entitled to. If I don’t protect my right, then who else would care about it? As a salesperson, she should have taken initiative initially to understand and help resolve the issue for her customer, rather than just blindly assuming anything negative without investigation, being such judgemental.
I was mistreated, and I am disappointed in the way she served her customer and her attitude towards her customer which were very unprofessional and lack of proper training.
I did not return the suit straightaway tonight as I thought I should give them some chances to correct the misbehaviour. But now the more I think, the more I feel I should have zero tolerance to this kind of bullying. I will return the suit tomorrow no matter whether they will check for me or not, and won’t buy anything from Forcast from now on as I don’t want such kind of person showing no respect to her customers to earn my money. She doesn’t deserve it. This is the end.

BAD first-time customer experience - beware! – I bought two knit skirts in different colours that were on sale. The skirts were size large, my usual size. I tried on the first one but I didn’t like the firm elastic waist, which didn’t have enough give to be comfortable. time later I received a call from customer support. They were claiming the skirt I'd tried on was "damaged" (they had photos) and because of the damage, wouldn't accept my return.
At first I was confused...damage?? I'd only just tried it on--an ELASTIC skirt in my size!
The woman explained that there were multiple “holes” along the waistband, and thus Forcast would not accept the return.
After talking it through and viewing the photos, it became apparent that the seam on the stretch skirt’s waistband had popped because it was sewn without enough overlap. It happened so quickly that I didn't even notice. Shoddy construction and yet Forcast refused to refund me my money. How disappointing!
I explained how I had only tried the skirt on, wasn’t aware of creating any damage whatsoever, etc. etc. but this was met by deaf ears and the customer-service “broken record” technique.
“We only accept returns for items in the original unworn condition.” “But I didn’t wear it, I only tried it on.” “We only accept returns for items in the original unworn condition.” “But shouldn’t your items be sewn well enough that they can be tried on without the seam popping?” “We only accept returns for items in the original unworn condition.” Etc.
Too bad I HADN'T noticed the popped seam, because then I would have marked the reason for my original return as a "defective product"--which is exactly what it was. (Instead I'd indicated the reason for my return was change of mind/fit.)
Of course, none of this held any weight with the customer service rep who called me. Forcast would rather make ME eat the expense and lose a potential good customer forever! (What is with the "customer service representatives" who REFUSE to see anything from the customer's perspective?!)
I reiterated one last time my belief that the never-worn, still-with-tags-on skirt was defective and that the skirt seam simply popped when I tried it on ONE TIME.
“We only accept items returned in the original unworn condition.”
So naturally I responded, “I will never buy anything from your store again," and I will advise others to consider doing the same! Shoddy construction, and shoddy, shortsighted treatment of customers.
