Nothing but incompetent clowns – This company is more like a circus with each employee trying to out do each other in stuff ups and mistakes. The management is even worse. Trying to get rid of them is even more a problem than dealing with them. STAY AWAY FROOM THESE JOKERS.

Disaster for the owners and "managed" property – I couldn't agree even more with recent Liberty opinion about this operator. In addition after 2 years of misleading (false) information, or not at all, missing records etc.. . Only promises and excuses, ending with dysfunction of the Owners Corporation and decision to report them to the NSW Fair Trading in 2023.

and seems to have a lot of leave while his business seems to be run by what seems like trainees and staff not really knowing how do to there job in there department.oh and so many departments to go through to get a matter resolved with no communication in the offices. If you do decide to join, have a dedicated committee member have time to go through ALL invoices as to many double payments,wrongful payments,made up payments over charges the list goes on! Take head of the true reviewers on here,save thousands of mis allocated monies,time and stress and stay clear of this circus!

Customer Service Plus+ – Since changing in December we have been very happy: love the invoice hub and portal that provides me and the committee access to our strata information. Also thanks Tony for all the assistance with the insurance claim from the storm and resolving this matter quickly and keeping us informed. Maintenance handled – Thank you so much Michelle for attending to our maintenance issues so quickly and professionally. The water ingress was resolved quickly by the plumber. Very polite and respectful young lady, and kept me informed along the way.

Understanding Client – We have been with Foreshew for over 5 years, however the last 6 months while the service has been good we understand that the office has been experiencing staff shortages due to Covid. Not being one to complaint I spoke to the director and he apologised and sorted through our issues personally. While I have read the reviews being a business owner myself I can understand and appreciate the challenges over the last year.

9 Months NO HOT WATER – Stay away from these guys. 693 Anzac Parade, Maroubra I had to break my lease due to the horrendous building issues which were never addressed. To top it off I just got charged $660 for a Fire Key, Fob Key & Mailbox by the new Shanen who’s probably worse and more heartless then Dean without any compensation. 1. we called it the “Tampering Valve Saga” along with all my other neigbours who have constantly complained to their respectives agents and Foreshew Strata Agency.

2. Hot water in kitchen sink non existent from day one.

3. Zero Security - garage door on B1 and Ground always open with car stackers failing causing cars to be stuck for months. We got robbed on numerous occasion.

4. rooftop BBQ AREA never worked

5. windows, garden never cleaned

6. 24/7 Alarms going off

I have reported them to the tenants union, fair trading and all other government agencies to ensure no tenant or owner has to suffer.

Good intentions, but cannot deliver – It is extremely disappointing that staff have absolutely no idea about strata or accounting principles. personal we could contact. This unqualified, inexperienced junior monitored all emails including complaints. A nightmare. NOW with 1 day’s notice Foreshews cancels our first AGM in TWO years for “unforeseen circumstances”. No other explanation. No apology, what arrogance. The majority of lot owners want out Foreshews. emails weren't answered, work wasn't completed, and our property sufferred greatly due to the Strata companies inaction. We had plumbing issues that weren't addressed which led to large costs incurred by us. On top of this, the company continually charged us arrears fees that were incorrect, and we would have to call and waste our time correcting their mistakes.

In 2022 we had new strata manager personell again and so we looked to find a new company. We spoke amicably to the strata company, and told them that our needs were not being met. They refused to part ways without paying an exorbinant fee for 'admin' services that we weren't receiving.

Our entire apartment unit whole heartedly regrets signing up with this strata company, and want nothing to do with them ever again. Do not go into a contract with them if you value your property.

Disappointed – More than 2 years I have been waiting for action on water ingress and concrete cancer to my yard. Responses are rare if at all, the total lack of empathy is distressing. If you are considering Foreshew for your building, please reconsider.

Good for nothing – Dont waste your money with this service. From finance to strata managers, a bunch of incompetent staff working there. You ask if that apple is green and you get a response saying yes the banana is yellow. Wonder where they find theie staff from. Had 6 different strata manager and alot of unexplained hidden costs in their budget. Look through carefully and dont get ripped by them.

Service+ – Nothing but praise for Foreshew. We pay a little more in management fees, but the service we receive is far greater as well. Thank you Tony and Rick for assisting us with our troubled resident in unit 11 also and NCAT action.

Excellent – Hi Thanks to the great team at this strata company; always kept informed and their online portal is fantastic to track financials. Also I have access to the Invoice Hub and can see and approve all invoices which makes my role as treasurer easier.

We had a major roof membrane issue and driveway defect which was managed by the previous strata manager. Tony was able to resolve this quickly through Fair Trading and NCAT for a favourable outcome. They assisted our complex which was in financial issues which resulted in our complex now how significant funds. They have guided our complex during some very difficult issues.

This resulted in identifying several hundred thousand dollars of defects that the builder is not carry out at their expense.

special levy to simply exit the agreement. Also read the meeting minutes closely after every meeting as they tend to be wrong in a way that favors the management company. Also the hidden fees are often overcharged so ask for the actual invoices. It’s been a nightmare really but we are out now.

They took all our money in extra management fee – And when I continuously asked for the nature of the fees I was not given an answer. Similarly when I did an audit the support nor invoices for the fees did not exist. As it’s very hard to complain and get any monies reverted the strata manager wins. Be careful using this one
