Disappointing quality. I bought 3 x cotton tops as part of a larger order and washed one of them 3 x and it already has small holes in the fabric. It’s worse quality than Anko from Kmart which is 1/10 of the price. I won’t be buying from there again. Show details

said Excuse me, the ticket says $35. She looked at it and then said oh... sorry.. that is a mistake... it s is $40. I said what about the 50% discount the sign says and she said, Sorry, the system will not allow me to sell this lower than $40!?!?!?!
So we paid $40... and she sneakily removed the tag when folding up the dress whilst I was taking a picture of the sign in the store...
This company is deceptive and we have bought a lot in the past... but we will avoid Forever New in the future...
So sad... but their loss. If they want to treat us like this, then on principle they will not make any more money from us... Lesson learnt!

resolve the issue. With all due respect, I did not expect to resort to such measures for a coat at this price point. If I were willing to compromise on quality and use fabric maintenance tools so soon after purchase, I could have opted for a significantly less expensive option from a fast fashion retailer. I believe customers should be able to expect a higher standard of quality and durability when purchasing from your brand.
Worse experience ever ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ – Pictures says it all…please check your clothes before you purchase from forever new. This happened to this top after 3 times hand wash. I took this to store and all they offered me is $28 whereas I paid $95 for this top. I wrote to forever new several times but all they did is nothing that is ridiculous. Refrain from buying forever new Isobel Ballet Flats – Bought their Isobel Ballet Flats which is the biggest regret. The shoe caused blisters all around the feet within an hour of first use. this issue with any other shoe purchase whereby you buy it and it leave you with blisters and then after some weeks it gets better. Definitely not a recommended purchase. More disappointed with their customer service.

Despite my requests, they refused to escalate the case for a deeper investigation. It feels like I’m communicating with a robot, as every response requires me to start from the beginning. They don’t seem to understand the situation or address my concerns adequately.
This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Forever new has been my go too for clothes for a long time but in the last 2 to 3 years the clothes I've gotten are not correct sizing or breaking after two wears.Which don't count for a refund, as I've worn them and isnt cinsidered a fault. I recently tried again and got high rise waist pants clara petite boot cut pants, and they are not high rise. They are more mid rise at best, especially as it barely covers the belly button and when you sit they're immediately mid rise. Not true high rise/waist and sit oddly due tot his.
Not buying again, this is the last purchase I'll make, very disappointing as I liked their petite range but the sizing has been so off last 2 years.

store does not stock/make size XL! XL is a standard size in every store that l shop in, I am a not a plus size, I am a standard size 14, but sometimes like to go up a size. Pretty disappointed that the sales assistant advised that they now start from XXS but have removed XL, where is the logic? I buy a lot of clothing from Forever New but after that experience will rethink shopping at this store in future. Not very inclusive!

ordered a dress and pants. Dress was delivered but pants were not. Since Forever New had a receipt from the post office that a parcel was delivered (even it did not contain both items) they don't seem to act on my request where my pants are. It is very frustrating and robbery!

through mail excluding swimwear but when you click further for the full returns policy it says you cannot return sales items for a refund. The customer service person was unhelpful, said I wasn't navigating to the returns correctly... I clicked on returns... Even their own staff said it was a bit hidden when I questioned it. The returns policy has to be transparent at the time of purchase.

Coat looks terrible, fabric shaver device I bought to fix it does not make the issue any less obvious. Such a terrible waste of hard earned money on a poor quality product that they are over pricing, to take advantage of their loyal customers. Never shopping here again, very dissatisfied.
Crap online service – You buy their clothes, and they more often than not send you an email, after you’ve paid, stating the items are out of stock. They do nothing to correct their system, over time, to reflect more accuracy. The contempt they hold for their online customers is clear. The people in the stores are great. Corporate need a kick up the bum!

Not only did she refuse to process a refund for the item, but she did so in an incredibly rude and hostile manner. Her tone was condescending, and she almost shouted at me during our interaction.
To exacerbate the situation, instead of offering a solution or attempting to rectify the issue, she simply directed me to return the item online. This suggestion was not only unhelpful but also highly inconvenient, especially considering I had made the effort to physically visit the store.
This encounter has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I can confidently say that I will never patronize Forever New again. Furthermore, based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this brand to anyone else. The complete lack of respect and professionalism demonstrated by the store manager is unacceptable in any customer service environment.
Totally dissapointed, No customer care or customer respect – I purchased a Jessie button down midi/ Kinsley floral dress, I handwashed dress as per label instructions before wearing and the dress literally fell apart at the seams.
