them they do not respond at all! It has been three weeks! Now I sent back two dresses that costed over $200 and I received nothing!! I’m pretty sure they paid a lot of people to make good reviews on different sites because they are not responsive at all or they just pick who they want to reply! Don’t trust those good reviews! then went to my pay pal where I had purchased the first sale from. I am still waiting 6 days for an "express" delivery. I saw it went up to Queensland first instead of South Australia. I will never shop with this company again. There email inbox was full and I tried to remain in contact however they kept repeating themselves re store credit. Contact number also does not work. If I could rate this company zero stars I would. Improve your store credit system. I was a loyal customer until this incident. I haven't waited 6 days for an expected 2-3 day delivery ever. Especially when ordered on a Monday.

The stitching on my dress is all messed up and I have been trying to call and email but no one is answering and I keep getting automated replies. I have tried during business hours and outside but no one is responding. The quality is ok but the dress looks awful due to the skipped stitching.
Do not buy here – They just sell cheap Chinese dresses, you can't get a refund and they only provide store credits which is illegal in the state of Victoria, Aus. Their phone numbers don't work and they dont respond via email. Simply don't buy from them. @roxy_robson

Won't acknowledge faulty items they put on finale sale to clear them – I wish I could give a -10 for customer service and the website experience. clearance for a reason: the straps are positioned too low on the foot, making them impossible to walk in.
I would expect a company of your caliber to address issues like this with the manufacturer and not pass on defective products to consumers. Despite this, I returned the shoes because I can’t use them and don’t feel right selling them to anyone. The return was accepted, but I never heard anything from your team—no apology, no acknowledgment of the issue. NO refund NO exchange... you just kept them... and probably re sold them... seriously a joke.
This was my first purchase, and the shoes were only $30 after the discount. Had you handled the return professionally, I might have considered shopping with you again. But now, after such poor service, I can't imagine returning to your site.
Please, improve the navigation on your website. It’s frustrating that people can’t even sign in to their accounts. And with final sale items, it’s important to recognise that sometimes the product isn’t the customer’s fault. Take responsibility for the quality of what you sell. The $30 isn’t worth losing a customer who could have brought you much more business over time.

initiate a return, they said there is nothing they can do because the items were marked as 'Final Sale' and that I should sell them on Gumtree or Facebook Marketplace. What an absolute joke. Just because you decided to say an item was 'Final Sale' doesn't mean you can lie on your website, and it certainly doesn't exclude you from Consumer Law. I managed to get a refund from this company by reporting them to Consumer Protection and by opening a case on Afterpay against them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They will rip you off and send you cheap inferior quality clothing, and you'll never get your money back from them.
