Four Seasons Gutter Protection

I'm back with more complaints! Absolutely useless, my house flooded guard lasted 2 years then disintegrated, screws came through my patio, bad installation and a very bad product! Do not go near these cowboys with a 40ft pole, bunch of bast....!

Product not up to standard – Plastic mesh is disintegrating too fast and there is no reply to numerous call and emails. Very disappointed with non communication and warranty is not worth the paper.

Honest and Hardworking – I cannot recommend Martyn and Four Seasons enough. He spent over two hours here, took photographs of the gutters from every angle using specialist equipment and at the end of it told me I probably didn’t need it and offered a much easier and cheaper solution from Bunnings. Excellent service – The service from Kevin and his installation team was excellent. The sales pitch made sure I understood what I was and wasn’t paying for. Photos were provided after installation without asking to prove work had been done. Turned up when they said they would. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great Product, Highly recommend – Had our install completed on the Surf coast and very impressed, installer was very good. Product is great and helps with capturing water and stopping our gutters getting blocked. Alan explained how it works and understand that an annual flush will still be needed to stop fine dirt build up which can be done with the gutter flusher from the ground.

disappointed with the screws corroding – the guards are okay but the screws they used were all corroded and we had to replace them. Not easy when you are 80 years old. Yes, they were installed in 2013 but the quality of the screws is not good and by chance, we discovered the problem. Steer clear – Don’t touch this crowd with 40 foot pole Quick enough to take your money but after that they don’t want to know you Their fitters are incompetent (probably for lack of training) but Four Seasons won’t own their mistakes This is just another bad & costly exercise which we hope we can prevent anyone else making

Poor customer service – Installed covers more than 3 yrs ago. Too much rain water overflowing. Never had this problem before. Called several times for assistance but no answer. Quite disappointed with customer service.

Neglected Potential Customer – I used this company almost 6 years ago to install 100 metres of gutter guard. They did a good job so I tried to make contact with them to install guard on my current home. Despite sending them an email and a text and trying to phone them I had nil response. I at least expected a phone call to let me know their current situation. Very rude so I have gone elsewhere!!

False advertising – I had Gutter protection installed on my house in September 2009 after reading their advertising stating "Eliminate Gutter Cleaning Forever" with a 15 year guarantee. Having heard nothing for some months, I rang them. When I told them the problem, I was asked if I had done an annual flush and clearing of debris. (Isn't that classed as cleaning???) I told them that I am well over 70, live alone and climbing up a ladder with a hose to clean out the gutters is not a good idea and the reason I had it done in the first place was to avoid any need for that. What a waste of money!!

Early days, but fixed our problems – There was a clear description of the product prior to purchase. Kevin was flexible in payment terms and kept us up to date with progress, a difficult task during the issues currently affecting all of us. Product looks good and installation carried out professionally and efficiently.

Looks great and is working really well – Solutions to our tricky guttering layout were no obstacle, the overall process from Sales to the Final Install has been easy, with friendly and extremely helpful staff, even during these tricky COVID-19 times.

I would not have arranged to complete other buildings if not impressed with product – house done about 2 years ago with garage done last week and have not had to worry that gutters would be blocked as live with plenty of trees, product does what it says that's it ! obviously will need to wash gutters every couple years and ok with this compared to what I had to do prior to installation

Looks great and works well – I found this company a pleasure to deal with Good communication and service. The guy they sent around was great and cleaned up really well afterwards. Very happy with the complete job.

Great product and warranty – Happy with gutter guard as a company , helpful staff , the installation was very neat , would recommend for people having problem with birds getting into roof cavity’s , great job and company .

Not worth the money – I had this gutter guard installed on a house, barn, horse shelter and large shed. I have to routinely clean the gutters to get rid of the mud like substance that builds up, so tore off the strips holding it down on the outer edge of the gutter to make it easier. After a few years, I noticed the plastic mesh splitting, both between the saddle clips, or just on the bottom edges of the saddle clips, which was enough to let leaves in. It seemed to get worse in the last 2 years after several days of temperatures in the mid 40’s. The length of the splitting was approximately 5 to 6 cm. After several attempts to contact the company, I finally spoke to someone who told me to send in photos showing the problem, and I was assured that it would be replaced. I sent as much evidence that clearly showed the problem. However, ALL subsequent attempts to contact this company has failed. I do not recommend this product and would say the customer service is appalling. To date, the guarantee has not been honoured.

Great follow up support – The first time it rained after installation my gutter overflowed so I contacted Four Seasons who came up here within 7-days (I'm 250kms from melb) to inspect the gutters at the overflow point. Nothing was found to be obstructing the waterflow so I don't know what happened. The important thing is that Kevin quickly came up here to assess and rectify the problem. Show details

Highly recommend – I had my gutter guard installed 6months ago. The service and installation were excellent. Such good quality. Works well. I live next to a large gumtree. I’m in Victoria. Very pleased with the results.

Should have done it sooner – The person that installed the gutter guard was professional, friendly and accommadating. The job was completed in a day after inclemant weather prevented the work on the first appointment. Lucky We got in before the storm hit – We were fortunate enough to have our gutters installed within a week from ordering. Trust worthy tradespeople as they talked you through exactly what was and wasn't required. Had the big storm hit 2 days ago, already paid for itself, keep up the great work!

Leaves get caught in the gutter guard – Avoiding climbing onto the roof was a major contributing factor for purchasing this product. Assured by product salesman that "the leaves will simply blow off the next time you have a reasonable wind". Leaves still remain caught in the mesh even after 70 km per hour winds on several occasions over Christmas & New Year. Just wondering if there is a tool to use "from the ground" to remove the leaves stuck in the gutter guard?

Great job and about 50 less problems in my life – I went from being driven mad each night and morning thanks to nesting birds to sweet dreams in just a few weeks. It was too big a job for me to tackle myself and I have no regrets given the outcome. Love your work!
