Great service from Baldy King at Fowles who was very responsive in dealing with helping to organise full carpet replacement at my rental property whilst I was overseas. An onsite measure and quote was done quickly and the install was done within two weeks by excellent carpet layers. Very happy with the outcome.

Great product and service – Very helpful and professional staff. Patrick and Daniel, the carpet layers, were very careful moving our furniture so as not to cause any damage. They did a wonderful job laying our new carpet and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We priced other competitors and Fowles were the best value.

completed before the Christmas holidays and he made it happen for us with Tim installing them. I should remember to mention Patrick who came to check on the measurements and he was so courteous and polite, and my husband and I liked the professionalism. Tim did a fantastic and clean job with the removal of the old carpet and installation of the new one. It is so comfortable and we love our new carpets. Tim was there on time, bright and early and he finished it in no time at all. We also decided to get floorboards for our lounge, and Travis was wonderful again. We would definitely recommended Fowles and would use them again in the future. We went to so many other retailers but none were as good as Fowles. Very very HAPPY! – We just had our carpet installed and we are so happy with it all. The colour, the softness and the quality. It has transformed our home. Fantastic, second time around – Superb level of sales service, carpet range, advice, and installation. $20k job for upmarket 100% wool in Art Deco house. Amazing value for money. Second big carpet job Fowles we have done. Would never go anywhere else for carpet whether for a cheap deal, average quality or top of the line. They do everything right.
