Ultra Male- Rare perfume delivered quick – Website search was simple and straight forward, found Ultra Male 125ml quick quick- very hard to find. Checkout was on a single page and delivery occurred within 3 days with multiple notification from Australia post. Genuine product and intact delivery with bubble wrap. Choices – I have only recently found Fragrance Heaven and have bought many many perfumes since, much to my husbands delight. They have the largest selection of perfumes out of any online or instore perfume shop. I have found many perfumes that I didn't know existed and really enjoy looking through all the perfumes and their notes. Thankyou

existent on me. I even compared it to a tester in David Jones and there was an obvious difference. So disappointing and such a waste of money!!! I emailed them and was told that there had not been any other complaints about that batch and that I could send it back to be retested and if it was found to be faulty it would be replaced. I doubt that even if it was 'faulty' that they would admit it was and I do not want to pay the postage to send it back only to be told that there is no problem with it...when there obviously is!!! I was told to call Cosmax Australia (Sydney), the licensed distributor of Guerlain fragrance in Australia to confirm. I have no reason to give this company a bad review other than the fact that the perfume I bought is NOT the same quality as in the department stores. Never again will I buy from an online seller!!!

Very Dissatisfied – I brought perfume unboxed. They sent me a Tester (which clearly states not for resale) with 15-20 mls less in the bottle. Ripped Off! Phone number unmaned and emails unanswered! Great customer support.

Chloe Love Story – Ordered my favourite perfume, Chloe Love Story- becoming very hard to get in Australia and was starting to get worried. Fragrance Heaven was recommended by a friend of mine and was advised its a local business, quick delivery, Authentic fragrance and pricing within reason. Luckily, all was true and they have some of my favourite fragrances of all time. I will be back for sure.

Creed- best supplier- genuine and cheaper than retail – Best supplier of creed in Australia. Genuine and cheaper than David Jones. Quick delivery also. Would recommend to anyone after genuine fragrance at competitive pricing.
