COMPLETE SCAM The pricing on this site is extremely misleading and not aligned with standard retail pricing in Australia. The product (Penhaligons Halfeti) was listed with an inflated “recommended retail price” of $736, followed by a “30% off” promotion bringing it down to $515. available from established Australian retailers including the official stockists from Penhaligons itself (Myer, David Jones) at $460 rrp. So 30% of the rrp should be $322 not $515 which is $55 more than the non discounted rrp!!!
This pricing structure appears designed to create the illusion of a discount rather than reflect genuine market value. Consumers should be aware that the so called “discount” price is not competitive compared to legitimate retailers.
I have reported this to ACCC as FragranceNet confirmed via phone that their price is based off rrp which it clearly is not and is illegal under ACL.
I would recommend verifying pricing elsewhere before purchasing, as the advertised “original price” does not match typical retail pricing for this product.
Shame on you FragranceNet. Show me proof of rrp of this product being $736 and I will happily delete this review!

I got ripped off. Quick delivery. There was no perfume in the bottle. The bottle was full but I have no idea what it was filled with as there was no fragrance at all. However the company reached out to me and have refunded the cost of my purchase very promptly. Show details
Follow-up · I must say that the company addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Whilst no replacement product was offered, I did get a full refund of the purchase price. I will never buy perfume online again. If I cannot find a product in a shop, I will do without that product. After all perfume is a want and not a need.

important as they were intended as Christmas presents. When this timeframe expired I wrote to their customer service team twice, but received no reply, nor was any refund offered. Clearly customer service in non-existent.
I then noted on this review website that other customers had had very similar experiences. This forced me to dispute the transaction with Commonwealth Mastercard, and I am hoping that Mastercard will be able to access and return my stolen funds.

Broken website and utterly disinterested support staff. I've spent a small fortune at this store buying gifts and adding to my own every growing collection. They offer site wide discounts on what are often not accurate retail prices. This deceptive practise is illegal under Australian Consumer Law.
They then send you vouchers, offering further (and significantly smaller) discounts that the site wide discounts. Don't be fooled. The small discount is not applied to your cart after the site wide discount. The site wide discount is REPLACED by the much smaller voucher discount.
When you fill up your cart and then apply your discount voucher, you end up paying MORE than the listed price.
When you report this, they just send you another slightly higher discount voucher and do not engage at all.
I won't be giving them any more money or falling for their deceptive discount offers.

Do not buy from here Shipped from US to Australia The turnaround time is 4-6 weeks not what they state. Took 10 days for order to be picked and then was advised would be 15 business days from that day. Absolutely ridiculous and deceiving on there website around shipping. This was my second jumbo bottle of Poeticus from FragranceNet (I know it sounds a bit obsessive but I'm worried Chloe might stop making them) it is impossible to find in Australia, and Fragrance Net was the only shop where I found it at a reasonable price.
