Bad packaging, terrible customer service – The ordered perfume has been sent in an unsecured parcel and arrived smashed. The customer service email kept returning with "part of the message not received" every time I've attempted to attach photos. The CS advisors acted like they can't read and when I've lost my temper - denied further support (as if there was any from the beginning!) AVOID THIS COMPANY

asked for a different address. I provided an alternate address and it was confirmed my order would be sent.

After not hearing for almost a week, with my product showing as pending, I requested an update, only to be told the item was out of stock. FX said they’d email me when it was back in.

Since then, they’ve sent me no fewer than 6 emails advertising the same fragrance I ordered - and it’s still out of stock. I’ve emailed them again to check if this is an error, yet they continue marketing the same out of stock item. They’ve failed to answer my questions about why they’re marketing out of stock items.

TL/DR: This company are falsely advertising fragrances they don’t have. They basically lie. And they’re not ashamed by it. Avoid them.
