There is absolutely no way I will ever order from this company again , disappointing as ive been a long standing customer for years , but for some reason my last purchase has been a disaster from no communication and no return emails at all regarding a size change you cannot even call the stores as they don't provide a phone number , its cost me 50 dollars so far in send out and returns im actually really furious with them ! Show details

After purchasing quite a few items over time from this site, I purchased a skirt on sale which was over $100, they sent me the wrong size. After advising them they sent me a return postage email to return. Note! Item was purchased in Feb 26. After several more emails regarding a refund they then emailed to say I will receive a store voucher and a refund back to my credit card minus the return shipping fee which I thought was unfair being their error. Then after several more emails regarding my refund to credit card, I received an email to say they were having issues with refunds to credit cards. After several more attempts at email, it is now May 26 and I have still received no refund. Be very wary of purchasing from this site plus you can only communicate with them via email and they are very slow to respond.

Be aware no refunds – Bought a dress that turned out to be a shapeless sack & went through return process, [not paying attention]. Was later informed that there are no refunds & when I asked for an exception due to emergent dental costs was informed they would not be flexible. So please choose carefully or else you'll be in an endless loop of return, but be aware no money back. Show details

Negative customer service – I ordered a coat. The item I received was way too large and long for me. I returned it as per advice, but did not receive a refund because they classified the wrong size as a change of mind choice. I was given a credit, labelled a Gift Card. Show details

Scammed price – Went to the The Ponds store 5 donuts for $15 all the donuts are in the same big display as the cinnamon scrolls so i asked for 2 scrolls 3 donuts and was going to be charged $22.50 ,scrolls shouldnt be in same display if they are not same price .rip off

out to deceive' by not giving the correct options for return. The dress cost NZ$283.00 so not a small amount of money. Like so many here; I can't get a refund but was offered a credit valid for the next 3 years. Honestly, no online stores operate their business like that. It's beyond disgraceful service and must be a business run by people very nieve in running a business. I've tried phoning many many times from NZ, no one answers the phone, I've left voicemails and I've sent many emails. Had one reply to my email saying [Name Removed] would get back to me, but of course I haven't heard from anyone. I am going to report this business to the ACCC in Australia and perhaps if they get enough such complaints they will investigate this fraudulent business. I love The Iconic as they are so professional, with free returns and the delivery service here to NZ is fast and always very efficient. Frankie and Co., is a total mess and I now see that their products are expensive for the very poor quality fabrics. WOW never known anything like this in all my past years of online shopping. The item tracking showed the item as pending and not yet collected by the postal service so I very well could have collected the item had they bothered to reply to me. Pretty lousy customer service.
