body corporate and it's disgusting, Ile make it clear your company has been absolutely trash and Ile forward my experience to everyone I come across , 300 days plus of outages and no 5 g,down downs and what ever else with building wiring needing to be replaced, your service has been appalling

Would not recommend avoid at all costs – The internet connection barely consistently hits real-time speeds of 10mbps despite advertising 250mbps+ for $100 a month. It repeatedly drops out during the day and always when it starts to rain. Their customer support is outsourced and passive-aggressive. The WORST internet and customer service I've ever had - would give NEGATIVE star if I could – I would concider myself an understanding person however my experience with Freedom was absolutely appalling. Despite previous communications and a visit from technician, we were still experiencing significant issues with slow speeds and packet loss, both during peak and non-peak times. Our internet speed is consistently dropping from 97Mbps to under 10Mbps, which was unacceptable even during network saturation periods. Additionally, we were experiencing higher than normal packet loss during online gaming sessions, despite game servers reporting no issues on their end. They have "escalated" the problem but we never hear back with a response. The reason I say "escalate" is that we were advised over 7 times that it had been escalated. We have always had to chase them for a response.

After 4 months someone from Freedom finally admitted that they are having onging network issues across their network and there is no timeline for when this issue will be resolved. We escalated our issue to the Ombusman and were refunded the 4 months we paid for our service and to be honest that was the minimum they could do given this was impacting my ability to conduct my business.

Attached to this review will be screenshots of speed tests showing truely poor their service can be.

tldr; Freedom internet speed is consistently dropping from 97Mbps to under 10Mbps. Would ghost their customers and never follow up. Only made movement once with the Ombusman was involved. Have since changed providers and have encountered no issues.

Do not recommend.

Freedom, the WORST internet I've ever had – I pay for a 100MB/s plan and I don't even get 50MB/s, and if I need to download something, I have to wait many hours or a day to be able to do a simple download. If you like to play online games or watch a movie that requires internet, the internet fails all the time and you can't do that. Many times I have to use the internet from my cell phone, which is better than FREEDOM. I do not recommend this company. Show details

The worst internet I have ever experienced. Joined Freedom as they were the embedded network provider in my building. In my case, you connect via shared routers in the hallway (much like a hotel). unusable. Basically impossible to join Teams meetings or stream TV most of the time. It’s even worse when the weather is bad. While the support team did try their best to make upgrades and check for bugs, nothing ever really changed. Aside from the service, it’s an absolute pain to have to re-log into every device when the service resets once a month. After persevering for a year and a half, I’m finally switching to NBN.

Literally the worst internet provider I've ever been with (and I've tried many). Internet has never been stable since I got it, but it's been particularly bad recently. are few and far between but when they do come back, they are combative know-it-all gibberish with random irrelevant statistics (Victor, I'm talking to you!) trying to mansplain my experience with Freedom when the FACTS are at this same property, I was with Superloop for 3 years and rarely if ever lost connection. The only reason I ever changed was after a brief period overseas I thought I could save a buck, a decision I deeply regret. I can't count the number of times I have lost connection in just the past week with Freedom. I would highly recommend paying a bit more for something reliable, particularly if you work from home.

Not working wifi – I use this wifi for a year. However I got problems about disconnecting wifi many time. I just waited until resolved 2 or 3 times. After 4, I sent emails for complaint about this situation, but they responded after day and they said we checked your status and it works now. Of course, I couldn’t use it before your response. someone after sitting on hold forever, they are completely devoid of any customer service, and also unwilling to help or send out technicians.

They serviced our entire building so we were locked in with these thieves, however the building has finally gotten fed up and brought an alternative provider in. Thank GOD!
