If you see this review run! – Network issue takes ages to get fixed. It took at least two weeks for last time. Not sure how long will it take for the current issue. Speed is average. Misleading - Slow Spead – Signed up for 6 month unlimited 50mbs If you complain they get It running faster for a few hours then it reverts back to slow speed. Rubbish Company / Crap Internet – I am so sick and tired of going through this same issue multiple times every day. I followed your request last time and I called your customer service line to let you know that I was still having issues with my service. I was unable to call them back and the message that was left didn’t leave a name or a number. I eventually called and went through the whole story again to be told that someone would call me, a technician called back and advised that they could send someone out however only between the hours of 9am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday which as I start work at 8.30am and don’t get home till 6pm this is totally unsuitable and the idea of taking a day off work and losing money is totally unacceptable, so when you say your company is happy to help, what u really mean is happy to help as long as it fits in with your schedule which I can assure you I have been inconvenienced enough by this.
I woke up this morning and my internet was not working and as I left for work my cctv was not active as it runs off wifi, I tried to call the the office at 8.30am and after 22mins on hold I had to hang up as I had to work. 3 hours later the internet started working again. Now tonight i got home and whilst working and watching some videos it constantly kept cutting out and saying the internet has time out. I immediately called your office to be greeted by the same lame trouble shooting questions and after 30mins Advised that they had changed my settings and it would now be working, but I guarantee give it two hours and it will be back to playing up again. I have been collecting screen shots and evidence of the last 3 months so if it isn’t fixed very soon and compensation given then I will be contacting the ombudsman. I am done with this

Great Service & Speeds – I only pay $54 per month and get over 50Mbps. Also, I had trouble initially signing up but Freedom’s customer service team was able to get me connected in seconds. I highly recommend! Show details
Love this service – Hi there - i use this company for 24hour wi-fi access and i love them and would highly recommend. Such fast setup and so cheap. Fabulous customer service. They are best.

Unreliable – Consistently get Netflix network issues when internet is fine, random ping spikes in gaming. Good price advertised as upto 100mbs when in reality it is 1-15mb, 10 usually. Avoid them Show details
Disaster – I had to struggle with dropouts two months. During this time (pandemic lockdown) I wasn't able to have one zoom chat without dropouts. Nobody in Freedom was able to help me or answer the question if they were able to fix the problem or not. I don't think the people working there are real technicians. I believe they are just random guys who learned very basic procedures and following them without any thinking.
My advice is just to AVOID Freedom Internet.

Worst customer service, worst connection speeds and expensive. Avoid as many other have said – Freedom Internet are not a business for our times. Gone are the days of contracts, sneaky renewal and inflexible responses to customer concerns and requests - but Freedom have everything in their favor to ensure they get the money out of you, then point people to their terms and conditions or "faulty equipment" Why the heck would you… Read more
automatically assume people want to continue their service after an agreed period - especially when many of your customers are in temporary rented apartments or hotels. Thats all rigged for your gain when someone "forgets" to cancel a subscription - and this is exactly why you don't refund people. If you have a genuine interest in customer service you would refund it immediately.
I tried connecting this service in my building and the speed was awful, and unreliable. I simply use my mobile phone now and get far better speeds and a reliable service - AND FAR CHEAPER.
Avoid this predatory company - not a company for our times.

False Advertising and bad customer service – I just got a 6 months plan with freedom and apparently the connection are pre installed in my building so i could connect straight away and use the service. to My surprise the share WIFI is very unstable and to get my own modem would take at least 10 days (That is not straight away). 200 dollar fee for early cancelation and yet the offer a really poor service.
So the phone line never pick up or call you back and the chat service does offer you any solution. I would give the zero star if it were possible

Dont know how they are in business!! – Internet has dropped out at least 3 times in the last month and all i have gotten is update by email talking about building outages! Currently in lockdown working from home so have had to use my phone data on most days as its so unreliable! Doesnt work at all from my bedroom and is extremely slow when i do use it! Never worked – I regularly pay for 5G internet but it keep connects to the 2G, and when I tried to swap it to the 5G, it says “ no internet connection”. Moreover, internet lately hasn’t been working for hours and I just got an email saying “we are working on that” , but I’ve missed an exam due to that! Terrible service Show details

Constant Dropouts, outages and calls to support result in nothing but blame to the building – promises of engineer to look at internet and after several outages and constant call drop outs, ive now been told i have to ask my building manager to send an email to upgrade something, yet always charged full monthly price regardless of all the inconvenience. its literally the most inconsistent internet ive had since dial up internet days. WiFi sign in process is overcomplicated – Accessing the internet is offered via an insecure shared Wifi. A sign in step is required via a webpage afterwards. This will: - make really hard to access internet on an updated Android (security issue with insecure network) - make it impossible to connect with many smart TV (the sign in page is not accessible) Highly recommend to avoid this service for above reasons Show details
