Still waiting and no customer support - Very poor service – We purchased a dining table, chairs, coffee table and two sofas in store at Freedom Coffs Harbour and were required to place a substantial deposit. long but no commitment to a delivery date yet. I wish that I had looked at all these other reviews as there is no way I would have believed their in-store promises and would have purchased elsewhere. I'm not sure what is wrong with Freedom but worried that they might be going bankrupt. I just hope we get our items soon.

Love Freedom! – I purchased cushions in-store. I was asked several times by staff if I required any help. When looking at the cushions a staff member also told me about some other options at the front of the store. What a fantastic store. Everything you need to furnish your house – I made my purchases in store. The 2 assistants were so helpful, giving me advice on what went together and which was the best way to make my payments. Excellent Service – I absolutely love my new Estate 3 seater leather lounge. It gets a lot of attention and comments from visitors. Everyone has fallen in love with it. Cheap Products that won't stand up to time – Be warned, after paying around $4000 for a lounge suite (1 two seater & 1 two and a half seater), we found over a short time the lounge didn't hold its shape. expect that to be true, but as time proved otherwise we came to realise we had been taken for a ride. The product was in our opinion a cheaply made lounge, valued about $1700. The kind of product you would find in an cheap retail store.

I did speak to the manager ([name removed]) of the Coffs Harbour store, as that's where we purchase the lounge suite from. The manager appeared to have no concern or regrets, no mention of any intention to fix the problem, but did want to send someone out to inspect the lounge.

I had sent her picture that were obvious of the appearance of a shabby lounge, she had her chance to show an interest in caring, but only wanted to send someone to inspect the lounge.

Firstly why would we want anybody invading our home so they could try to justify their cheap furniture, or patch it up. Really it's too late we were taken from the start. We put trust in a company only to be let down, selling us a lemon.

We will not recommend them nor will we cross their door again, we will move on and are now purchasing another lounge from a more respectable trader.
