It’s not the first time Michael has assisted uspuchasing from Freedom and we have found him to always be honest and helpful in selecting the right pieces of furniture. The product and in store experience was excellent however it is greatly overshadowed over the delivery experience. I lost over 2 days worth of work due to the organisational incompetence. I emailed customer service with my issues and only recieved a thinly vailed apology I was promised a call to discuss which i never recieved! Show details

Store and delivery staff were lovely, post-sale customer service was atrocious – I purchased an outdoor lounge and coffee table which I was quite happy with. The staff at warrawong were wonderful, as were the delivery staff, although I would have appreciated if they took the packaging away for the price we paid. I emailed photos soon after and have been going back and forth for months. To start with they claimed I had a completely different product even though I send them the receipt. I’ve sent photos on 4 different occasions because they claim they don’t have any on record. They tried to claim the issue was resolved when I didn’t reply for 5 days, because of a death in the family, yet they will take up to 4 weeks to reply to a single email. It’s been 4 months now and it’s honestly ridiculous. It was only a $150 table, the value of the staffs time spent by going back and forth would be more expensive at this point.. I will never be purchasing from them again!

Terrible after sale service! Don't even want to give a star! – We purchased a piece of furniture from the physical store and the product came with faulty door. It took me 1 month to wait for someone to repair the item but was told it could not be repaired as it was a faulty item. The repairer was really good and helped us to report to Freedom straight away. Being such a large furniture retail giant, I am very disappointed that no after sale service has been provided and it has been frustrated that you aren't able to go back to the store you purchased the item from to organise a replacement or repair.

Absolutely rubbish and will never return!

Michael was incredibly helpful in selecting our lounge. Very patient with me, I came back two times to ask about different options and he never pressured me buy. I eventually bought a lounge and I am incredibly happy with how it looks and it is as comfortable as he said it would be. A very positive stress free experience all round Show reply

Purchased the Wyatt tv entertainment unit, upon pick up and getting it home the item was damaged however by calling the store they arranged for a new one to be delivered to the store and staff physically checked the item to ensure now damage. Purchased a lovely pair of Blockout Curtains from the warrawong store. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The curtains are so perfect and work really well, they have elevated our bedroom and the colour is perfect! Highly recommend Show details ·  1

The team are always lovely and incredibly helpful - and in our latest visit we were looking for art, lamps and pillows to style a media room in our new house. Helen helped me out in the store today as I have been looking for a new lounge. Helen helped look up the stock in store as I told her I’ve seen online estimates in June-July and she said as early as next week delivery after looking it up.
